I want to get this full video but not sure how to do this. I DO NOT want to download anything extra or any programs to get it.

Ok well the link in that post uses a link protector - which will protect PC from being connected to the actual download link at the file hosting website.
If you click on (See link) in the post, that will open another page.
Scroll down and click on the orange coloured text "DOWNLOAD/VIEW".
Beneath that a window will open; this is the download page from the actual file hosting site.
It's not open as a whole page, just as a window, but you can use the scroll bars at the right hand side & along the bottom to look around it.
Move the scroll bar on the right - right down to the bottom (so you will be looking at the bottom of the page through that window).
Move the scroll bar on the bottom to the middle.
You should now see two tan-coloured, thin horizontal tabs saying "Premium Download" and "Free Download". Click on "Free Download".
What you see in the window will change when you do that. You should see a little screen there saying you've reached the "Download File" page, and there should be two big black buttons visible too - "Play Now" and "Download". Ignore all that.
Scroll about halfway down on the right hand side. You should see a captcha - type in the two words.
There will be a timer, I think it would be a 60 second timer. Just let it run down.
Once you've typed in the captcha and the timer has run down, you're almost there.
You should see a thin light grey button saying "Download File" maybe two inches beneath where you entered the captcha.
(It's right above the little window you giving you the code for the Download link, Link for forums & the HTML code.)
Click on that light grey, horizontal, button. That's it!
Depending on your operating system, you might be asked to either open or save the file - it will be an mp4 file, 276 MB.
Click on Save File and the file will download. You can play it after it's downloaded.
