Poor Polar Bears. Too many of you are living to be protected. What will Gore now say? It was his Global Warming that was killing you.
The dwindling populations are located in the southern hemisphere, and the cause for their reduced numbers is increased human presence, as well as hunting, rather than the ice melting.
So, in a way, this is good news, and not only for the northern polar bears.
