DEBKAfile - Turkey's second slap: A war game with Syria
Turkey is wanting to reclaim it's past glory
and prestige once held by the Ottoman
Empire. Erdogan is moving Turkey toward
becoming a majority Muslim state and his anti-Israel
stance and policies are hard to miss. Israel should just
stop selling ANY military or surveillance equipment to
Turkey and try to remain on good terms with
Ankara. That may not possible for much longer.
