More proof that this administration is out of touch with the realities of what can truly help the USA become UNADDICTED to oil. We need to use all of our resources that are avialable to this country, from a domestic production standpoint. Oil, natural gas, coal, nuclear, wind, solar, hydoelectric and other AFFORDABLE energy sources as they become available. Cap and Trade and carbon credits will do nothing but erase what we can use of our own and ensure
much highre utility prices for tose that struggle to pay them now, the average American.
