Somalis in San Diego: A very troubled time

Here we are again with somalis that have caused problems and are bringing trouble to their community. Remember the somalis in Minnesotastan? No matter where islam and muslims immigrate to, trouble is not far behind. This article is another example of whitewashing islam and sharia law. Granted, not all muslims are terrorists but almost 100% of terrorists are muslim. That is not by coincidence. Somalia is a backwater, pirate infested pool of violence and a well known haven for terrorists, the majority of them muslim and followers of islam. In fairness,

many from Somalia has fled the country to escape war, persecution and the violence that is 'normal' in Somalia.

One other item of interest in this article is the Iftin Charter School. One of those arrested is on the board of directors for this school. Of course many are saying that there is no way he could have anything to do with a muslim terrorist group. A muslim in southern Oregon was just convicted of a similar accusation and crime and he was thought to be a pillar of the community. Time will tell in this case. Some Somalis feel they are being targeted but they have only themselves to blame. The actions of a few can taint the reputation of many. Many mosques and muslims need to be watched and under surveillance. I make no apologies for stating this.

Peaceful brand of islam? Sorry but I do not think there is such a 'brand' of islam.

1400 years of islamic/muslim history pretty well refute any notion of a peaceful brand of islam.

Here is the site for the school and I just wonder how many Jews and Christians are in this school or how well a Coptic Christian would be welcomed? Their site seems quite innocuous and open but many of the muslim charter schools hide a very pro islamic agenda behind such sites as this one. Head scarves are allowed but not required. How would a Kipa, cross or Star of David be accepted by other students and staff members? Checking the the list of staff members it seems quite top heavy with muslims. Yes, I know it is a charter school but if they want to be open and diverse, a varied cross section of our melting pot society should listed on the roll of staff members. One other thing, the Houghton-Mifflin Curriculum is one that has been known to whitewash and use revisionist history. Especially when it comes to U.S. history and religion.

For Somalis in San Diego, a tense and troubling time

Arrests have shaken community with a patriotic, law-abiding reputation

One foggy morning last week, more than 300 Somalis gathered on Colina Park’s basketball courts. They spread embroidered rugs over the hardtop, removed their shoes and lifted their prayers into the cool air.

They were celebrating Eid al-Adha, the end of the annual five-day pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Around the world, Muslims who cannot make that journey gather for worship, food and partying.

“It’s like another Christmas,” said Ahmed Malinomar, a property manager dressed in new white robes.

The festivities, though, were shadowed by disturbing news. Authorities often describe San Diego’s Somali population as patriotic as a Fourth of July parade. But in the past three months, this tightknit community has been rocked as five local Somalis — including Mohamed Mohamed Mohamud, the imam (spiritual leader) of a mosque in City Heights — have been accused of terror-related crimes.

Many local Somalis fled their homeland to escape persecution from violent zealots. How could Mohamud, who preached a peaceful brand of Islam at Masjid Al-Ansar and supported a neighborhood charter school, back a terrorist band?

He didn’t, some insist. “Trust me, there is nothing wrong with him,” said Mohamed Mohamed, a student at Cuyamaca College. “The biggest thing for him was helping the kids.”

Others wonder.

“We don’t defend anybody who is a terrorist,” said Abdikadir Osman, owner of Minnehaha Food Market and the adjacent Safari Grill, one block from Masjid Al-Ansar. “The government says it has the evidence, but you hear from people who say these men are innocent.

“We have to wait and see.”

As they wait, bombshells continue to explode. On Thursday, Nima Ali Yusuf appeared before a federal magistrate, accused of conspiring to send money and recruits to al-Shabab, an Islamist militia battling for control of Somalia.

Earlier this month, Issa Doreh, Basaaly Saeed Moalin and Mohamud were charged with sending money to the same militia. Jehad Serwan Mostafa was indicted on similar charges in August.

Mostafa is thought to be in Somalia. The other four suspects are jailed in San Diego, where their compatriots watch and wonder.

DREAMS AND OBLIGATIONS

Somalia, a coastal nation that wraps around the Horn of Africa, has endured decades of civil war, invasions and piracy. A few hundred Somalis fled to San Diego in the 1980s. Friends and relatives followed in waves, as their homeland descended into chaos.

“Once a few families were here already, it became question of, ‘Is there a place with Somali shops?’ ‘Is there a Somali community building?’ and so on,” said Francis Nesbitt, an associate professor of Africana Studies at San Diego State University.

Minneapolis-St. Paul has the United States’ largest concentration of Somalis, about 30,000. San Diego runs second: Abdi Mohamoud, executive director of the Horn of Africa social services agency, estimates a population of 15,000.

Some Somali immigrants can be found in North Park and Clairemont Mesa, but most live in and around City Heights, where markets sell halal frozen pizza, restaurants offer goat stew and shops peddle hijabs and other traditional garb.

This is also home to the Iftin Charter School. Director Abdulkadir Mohamed declined to speculate on whether imam Mohamud will retain his seat on the governing board — “That’s up to the board.” But he noted that the K-8 public school meets Sacramento’s curriculum requirements, that scores on state-mandated exams are climbing, that girls here aren’t teased about headscarves and that many aides and office assistants speak the parents’ native language.

“They find they are not strange here,” he said.

In fact, City Heights is home to newcomers from around the world. The neighborhood includes Mexican bakeries, Vietnamese pho shops, a Chinese Friendship Society and a Cambodian Buddhist temple.

“There are something like 50 languages spoken in this area,” said San Diego police Officer Dave Yu, who has worked here nine years. “It’s amazing.”

Somalis, like most immigrants to this region, struggle to maintain their culture while adapting to free-and-breezy Southern California. Children usually acquire the customs and language faster, but this can lead to family conflict. Parents sometimes suspect that household translators misinterpret situations, especially when it’s to the kids’ advantage.

“We’ve had to mediate some conflicts between parents and children,” said Sgt. Patti Clayton, who works out of a police storefront in City Heights.

Clayton also helps run the East African Youth Organization, which San Diego police founded to introduce young newcomers to certain American benefits (bowling, the beach, Disneyland). It took years for the officer to convince Somali parents that their daughters could participate without older family escorts.

“Our culture and our parents are strict,” said Farhiya Abdi, 17, a Scripps Ranch High student and a member of the youth group. “We can’t do things that other kids can do.”

Such as?

“Partying,” said Farhiya’s 14-year-old sister, Maryan.

For many Somali parents, though, American culture is less nerve-racking than the American economy. Most eke out a living with incomes at or below the poverty line, said Nesbitt at SDSU.

“Lots of people have been laid off because of the economy,” said Mohamoud, the Horn of Africa director. “And rents here are pretty expensive. You tend to see more people living together than before.”

You see crime, too. But burglaries, robberies and car thefts are no more common here than in other densely populated urban settings.

“They are very law-abiding,” Clayton said, “very happy to be free Americans.”

“We all want to live the American dream,” said Osman, the restaurateur and shopkeeper. “Here I can be a positive force in the community — not the Somali community, but the country that has accepted me. I have every obligation to pay back this country.”

TWO CAMPS

On the sidewalks outside the federal courthouse one day this month, about 50 Somalis waited. After an hour, the news came: imam Mohamud would be held without bail.

“There is no need for bail,” said Mohamud Magtayn. “We will all vouch for him. The imam, the man I know, he is not a terrorist. He is a great leader, he is a man of his community, helping people to succeed here and hereafter.”

Asad Mohamed, though, is waiting to see the evidence. “If there’s proof, there’s proof,” said this community service officer, who serves as a liaison between the Somali community and the police department.

If there is proof, how did an Islamist militia gain a foothold in this population?

Naive idealists are sometimes seduced by al-Shabab’s nationalistic rhetoric, said Yasmeen Maxamuud, an Encinitas resident whose “Nomad Diaries” is a 2009 novel about the Somali-American experience.

“Some have gone back to Somalia to fight for ‘freedom,’ but it’s not what they think,” she said. “They get there and e-mail back to their friends, ‘Where are the McDonald’s?’ ”

Ignorance abroad worries Maxamuud, but so does intolerance at home. She cited this summer’s uproar over the proposed mosque near the World Trade Center site in New York, and the picketing of mosques in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Temecula.

“I’ve been in San Diego for five years,” she said. “In all honesty, I’ve never been afraid to go out in my hijab. But recently, there seems to be more fear. I sense it even more than after 9/11.”

That fear echoed among Somalis praying in Colina Park this week.

“We feel like Somalis are being targeted,” said Hussein Haye Nur, a video producer. “The leaders who were arrested, we know them as good leaders.”

But Mohamed, the police liaison, expressed faith in the American judicial system: “Anti-Muslim feeling really scares the people, but it’s different when it’s the U.S. Attorney’s Office indicting someone. They are not going to be acting on some anti-Islamic feeling.”

On this foggy day, the conversation went back and forth, with no clear resolution.

so called'religion of peace.'

Explosive outrage as Dec. 7 remembers Muslims instead of Japan attack on U.S.

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Explosive outrage is being unleashed on a popular supermarket chain after it published a 2010 calendar marking the date of Dec. 7 with the Islamic New Year, while eliminating any mention of Pearl Harbor Day, commemorating the 1941 attack on the U.S. by Japan.

Joyce Kaufman, a talk-show host on WFTL Radio in South Florida, made the "date which will live in infamy" the centerpiece of her broadcast today, expressing outrage at Publix Supermarkets for its calendar omission.

"We have guys that are fighting Islamic fundamentalists right now in Afghanistan and guarding them from ruining what little freedom they have achieved in Iraq," said Kaufman. "And now I gotta celebrate their new year over here in my country when they're getting on airplanes and trying to blow up planes out of the sky in Detroit? I gotta have their New Year's Day on my calendar and not Pearl Harbor Day? We've lost our minds!"

Kaufman and many callers to her station called it a "slap in the face" to all those who fought for America's freedoms over the years.

"I'm done," she said. "I'm not walking into a Publix until there's a formal apology. I'm not walking into a Publix until the calendars have all been pulled. I'm not walking into a Publix until they reissue a calendar and re-evaluate what they put on their calendars. It's a free country, but I don't have to shop there."

Some enraged listeners called in to suggest consumers shred the calendars and mail them to the supermarket's corporate headquarters in Lakeland, Fla.

One man claimed he spoke with two managers at two separate Publix stores, both of whom confirmed the 2009 edition of the calendar also had no mention of Pearl Harbor Day.


This year, while Publix's calendar is marking well-known observances such as Passover and Palm Sunday, it also includes some obscure times including National Boss Day and Professional Assistant's Day.

Ironically, the calendar has a laundry list of independence days for foreign countries such as Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Central America, Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay and Trinidad and Tobago.

"That's nice," opined Kaufman's fellow broadcaster Jeff Katz. "Don't you find it odd, though, that in South Florida with such a large Jewish population, they don't bother to mention Israeli Independence Day? I found that fascinating. Again, that would be a decision that someone in the Publix intergalactic headquarters had to make. Somebody had to decide, 'Here's what we're putting on, here's not what we're putting on;' or even worse, 'Here's what we're putting on, and here's what we're taking off.'"

Islamic New Year is not based on the 365-day solar calendar, so it falls on a different Roman calendar date each year.

Kimberly Jaeger, the media and community-relations manager for the Miami division of Publix, sent Kaufman an e-mail stating:

For several years, Publix has given away calendars with valuable coupons inside. Traditionally, our calendars have solely noted holidays. Due to the number of holidays in a calendar year, days of remembrance have not been noted.

This year, Islamic New Year happens to fall on Dec. 7 (like Chinese New Year, which is also a holiday, Islamic New Year rotates dates), is a holiday, and is noted on the calendar as such.

We regret that the day of remembrance – Pearl Harbor – is not noted, and as a result of customer feedback, we will add Pearl Harbor to next year's calendar. The calendars are no longer available at retail.

"That is a deflective move," said Katz of the decision to pull the calendars off the shelves. "That's designed to get you to just simmer down, just to say, 'Hey, it's enough already. Stop talking about it. Talk about how cold it is and mention the fact that Publix sells a lot of stuff to help you deal with the cold.'"

WND spotchecked several Publix stores in person throughout Florida this afternoon, and none had the free calendars available to shoppers any longer.

Kaufman declared victory after receiving the Publix e-mail, and highlighted the power ordinary citizens have when they speak out.

"You did it!" she exclaimed. "That's how we do it. That's how we take this country back. One phone call at a time."

Katz added, "There is a much bigger issue at stake. and that's about education and that's about knowledge ... and the sacrifices of our American heroes. ... My concern today was what was missing."

Founded in 1930 by the late George W. Jenkins, Publix has grown to 1,014 stores in five Southeastern states. It's the largest employee-owned supermarket chain in the U.S., employing more than 142,000 workers and generating nearly $24 billion in sales in 2008.

One woman caller said, "This is bigger than Publix," explaining many calendars published in America today don't mention Pearl Harbor Day on Dec. 7.

"Someone has deliberately made the deliberate decision to keep it off the calendars," she said. "It's a slap in the face to America, a slap in the face to our veterans, and I'm just sick about it."

It was the December 1941 attack on U.S. forces in Hawaii that precipitated America's entry into the Second World War.

The day after the Japanese onslaught, President Franklin Roosevelt declared, "Yesterday, December 7, 1941 – a date which will live in infamy – the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan."

According to the Naval History and Heritage Command, Americans losing their lives that day numbered 2,403, including 68 civilians, most of whom were killed by improperly fused anti-aircraft shells landing in Honolulu. There were 1,178 military and civilian wounded.

This story seems to blow the lid off the killings at Fort Hood. Anwar al-Awlaki, a Muslim cleric who is a U.S. citizen now living in Yemen, says that the mass murdering major, Khalid Hasan, asked and was given by him a religious ruling authorizing him to shoot the soldiers. This would prove premeditation, a rational decision based on Islamic law, and the Jihadist motivation of the attack beyond any ability to conceal it.

Awlaki’s al-Jazira interview is translated by MEMRI which, it should be noted, does not at all sensationalize the story. While Awlaki could be talking big or “taking credit” for the terrorist operation, he was the imam at Hasan’s mosque in the Washington DC area for some time. His account is credible though it obviously should be investigated closely.

According to the interview, Hasan sent Awlaki an email on December 17, 2008, in which he asked, in Awlaki’s words whether “killing American soldiers and officers…is a religiously legitimate act or not."

After an extensive correspondence, Awlaki complied, blessing the attack three days before it happened:

"Because Nidal's target was a military target inside America, and there is no question about this. Then, also, those members of the military were not regular soldiers; rather they were prepared and preparing themselves to go to battle and to kill downtrodden Muslims and to commit crimes in Afghanistan…."

This information is of the greatest importance. Hasan went to his imam, asked to be assured that shooting his fellow soldiers was a recommended deed under Islamic law, and was told to go ahead. Incidentally, Awlaki has thus become an accessory to the crime and U.S. authorities should ask the Yemeni government to ensure he can be interviewed and extradited.

The ABC network's coverage claims that it was not clear from the transcript whether Awlaki gave Hasan a green light to kill his fellow American soldiers. While Awlaki doesn't say in so many words that he told him to go ahead, it is quite clear from the transcript that this is precisely what he did do.

Some reports of a Yemeni government air attack on an al-Qaida meeting claim that Awlaki was one of the targets.

In the Chicago suburbs on December 20, 2009, a group that has conspired to deny Americans their Constitutional and civil rights will be using a government-managed facility to recruit new members to their supremacist cause. In this case it will be the Islamic supremacist Hizb ut-Tahrir America organization, which will be using the Lombard Park District community building in the Village of Lombard.



On July 19, 2009, the Hizb ut-Tahrir America organization held a recruitment meeting in another Chicago suburb of Oak Lawn, Illinois, in the Hilton Hotel. The self-defined supremacist organization Hizb ut-Tahrir America at the July 19 event distributed brochures to the public calling for the "death penalty" for those who committed the "treason" of leaving Islam; this is found on page 62 of Hizb ut-Tahrir's brochure titled "Islamic reformation." An electronic form of such public death threats by Hizb ut-Tahrir against "apostates" is on the "official Hizb ut-Tahrir" web site Khilafah.com, linked to the Hizb ut-Tahrir America web page promoting the Lombard, Illinois event. Hizb ut-Tahrir rejects democracy and rejects secular nations, seeking only to promote an international "Khilafah" of Muslims, with its own set of laws.



Hizb ut-Tahrir America has sought to intimidate those who would exercise their Constitutionally-protected religious freedom by stating that in the global "Khilafah" of Muslims those who "publicly abandon Islam" should know "that they will be killed for it." According to Hizb ut-Tahrir America's handouts in the Chicago suburbs, those who choose such religious freedom are committing "an open attack on the basis of the state which is Islam, essentially it is viewed as treason and a political attack on the Khilafah in order to undermine it"... which according to Hizb ut-Tahrir America deserves "the death penalty." On July 19, 2009, in full view of local law enforcement (and reportedly federal law enforcement) in Oak Lawn, Illinois, Hizb ut-Tahrir handed out  this brochure calling for "the death penalty" against "apostates" from Islam to a reported 700 attendees at this conference.




Emboldened, Hizb ut-Tahrir America's latest recruitment activity on December 20 will now be using a government-managed community building in the village of Lombard. There is no public denunciation by government officials. There is no public condemnation of this anti-democracy, supremacist international Hizb ut-Tahrir organization, with a long history of making death threats both in the U.S. and around the world. There is no public call for Hizb ut-Tahrir to retract its continuing promotion in the United States of a document calling for "the death penalty" against "apostates."



Wouldn't we be outraged if white supremacists were using a government-managed community building to hold meetings? Wouldn't we be more than outraged if such a white supremacist group had been calling for the "death penalty" for white Americans who disagreed with their supremacist views? Wouldn't we be demanding legal and law enforcement action to end such a conspiracy to violate others' civil rights through intimidation?



At what point are open and public death threats (in writing no less) by supremacist groups to specific identity groups recognized by our government and law enforcement as nothing less than conspiracies to violate protected American civil rights? At what point is the use of public facilities to call for the "death" of identity groups recognized as a hate crime?



In America and around the world, we have seen the consequences of failing to take action against supremacist groups inciting hatred against others with death threats. Hizb ut-Tahrir and similar supremacist groups' calls for "death" against others is considered a call to action for those who share this philosophy of hate. Just last month, on November 2, in Arizona, a 20 year old girl Noor Almaleki died from an attack by her father for not adhering to what his family told the Arizona Republic were "Muslim values." We are certain that the majority of Muslim Americans would reject such supremacist views, but we have also seen similar killings in Ohio, Indianapolis, Texas, and Georgia. Who is next to die as a result because of such supremacist hate?



Death threats by supremacist organizations have very real, very deadly consequences. It is past time for Illinois and the federal government to act on the conspiracy by Hizb ut-Tahrir America to deny Americans' freedom of religion, by its publicly calling for the death of those who seek such freedoms. It is not only an outrage; it is also a growing conspiracy to use intimidation tactics of death threats to violate our rights as American citizens.

Free speech goes on trial in the Netherlands on January 20, when Dutch politician Geert Wilders appears before the Amsterdam District Court on charges of having “intentionally offended a group of people, i.e. Muslims, based on their religion,” as well as having incited to hatred and discrimination.

What did Wilders do to warrant such charges? He told the truth about the global jihad and Islamic supremacism, and their roots in Islamic texts and teachings, in his film Fitna and elsewhere. But nowadays truth-telling is at such a premium that those who still dare to engage in it are threatened, harassed and prosecuted.

But Wilders is defiant: “On the 20th of January 2010, a political trial will start. I am being prosecuted for my political convictions. The freedom of speech is on the verge of collapsing. If a politician is not allowed to criticise an ideology anymore, this means that we are lost, and it will lead to the end of our freedom. However I remain combative: I am convinced that I will be acquitted.”

The very idea of trying someone for offending someone else is absurd – especially when the offended group is known to traffic in the PC multiculturalist coin of wounded feelings, so as to gain the political power that comes from victim status. That the Amsterdam District Court would aid and abet this absurdity and obvious manipulation unmasks the Wilders trial – even before it starts – as what it really is: an attempt by the nation’s political elites to silence one of their most formidable critics. The one who has the power to decide what is an actionable offensive statement or prosecutable incitement has the power to control the discourse – and that’s what the prosecution of Wilders is all about. If offending someone is a crime, can those who find hate speech laws offensive bring suit against their framers?

The action against Wilders is taking place, moreover, against the backdrop of the 57-government Organization of the Islamic Conference’s ongoing efforts at the United Nations to silence speech that they deem critical of Islam — including “defamation of Islam” that goes under the “pretext” of “freedom of expression, counter terrorism or national security.”

If they succeed in doing this, Europeans and Americans will be rendered mute, and thus defenseless, in the face of the advancing jihad and attempt to impose Sharia on the West — in fact, one of the key elements of the laws for dhimmis, non-Muslims subjugated under Islamic rule, is that they are never critical of Islam, Muhammad, or the Qur’an. Thus this prosecution in Amsterdam not only aids the advance of Sharia in the West, but is itself an element of that advance.

The stakes are so high in the Wilders case also because the OIC has a new, powerful ally as it moves against the freedom of speech. In October the Obama Administration actually co-sponsored an anti-free speech resolution at the United Nations. Approved by the U.N. Human Rights Council, the resolution, cosponsored by the U.S. and Egypt, calls on states to condemn and criminalize “any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence.”

Echoing Obama’s stated determination to combat “negative stereotyping of Islam” in the United States, the resolution also condemns “negative stereotyping of religions and racial groups.” This is, of course, an oblique reference to accurate reporting about the jihad doctrine and Islamic supremacism — for such reporting, and not actual negative stereotyping or hateful language at all, is always the focus of OIC complaints.

Last year the Secretary General of the OIC, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, issued a warning: “We sent a clear message to the West regarding the red lines that should not be crossed” regarding free speech about Islam and terrorism. And he reported success: “The official West and its public opinion are all now well-aware of the sensitivities of these issues. They have also started to look seriously into the question of freedom of expression from the perspective of its inherent responsibility, which should not be overlooked.”

For the first time, an American President has bowed to the OIC’s demands and taken cognizance of that “responsibility.”

But Geert Wilders, and all those who stand with him, have a responsibility, too. We have a responsibility to bear witness to the world that the freedom of speech is a cornerstone of any free society, and that once it is gone, there is no defense against tyranny, no safeguard against the encroaching power of a protected class against whom there is no appeal, and from whose rulings there is no dissent. If Geert Wilders is found guilty, tyranny and authoritarianism will have won a huge victory in Europe, and in the world in general.

The stakes are as high as they can possibly be. Geert Wilders must prevail. If he does not, Europe, and America, and the world, are in for a long, dark night.

A new video released by the Christian Action Network shows Muslim women at a compound in New York state practicing throat-slitting techniques and assault weapons attacks.

The video was distributed by the makers of the movie "Homegrown Jihad: The Terrorist Camps Around the U.S.," which documents how a jihadist group has developed dozens of training camps across the nation.

WND reported at the time how Jamaat ul-Fuqra has built 35 compounds – mostly in the northeastern corridor of the U.S.

Now the organization has posted on YouTube a "chilling" training video provided to CAN by an unnamed law enforcement source about the Muslims of America headquarters in Hancock, New York.

Muslims of America reportedly is the name Jamaat ul-Fuqra, believed to have been involved in the beheading of reporter Daniel Pearl, uses in the U.S.

The video includes segments of training exercises in which one person appears to practice a maneuver that would slit the throat of a victim. There are episodes of what appears to be automatic weapons fire at a target and incidents in which a handgun is held point-blank at a "victim's" head:

The video shows women marching in military formation, scaling walls, engaging in hand-to-hand combat and also reveals a Muslim confirming that the organization's own census revealed that Muslims are a majority in the United States and they are claiming it as their own.

The speaker states, "We are 100 percent sure that Muslims are the majority in America."

He continues, "Our Islamic political party has based its manifesto on this fact. We want to declare once and for all that America is our country."

According to CAN, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2005 warned about Jamaat ul-Fuqra, a Pakistani-based organization that "had the capacity to attack" America.

The U.S. State Department's 1998 "Patterns of Global Terrorism" report notes the organization "seeks to purify Islam through violence."

The report continued, "Members have purchased isolated rural compounds in North America to live communally, practice their faith and insulate themselves from Western culture. Fuqra members have attacked a variety of targets that they view as enemies of Islam."

CAN, led by Martin Mawyer, has researched Muslims of America for years and has provided its video to the FBI, State Department and Homeland Security.

To date, there has been no response from the government, the group said.

Mawyer told WND the political correctness America has adopted ultimately will be costly.

The hands of law enforcement and investigators are tied at this point, he said, because members of the organization are part of "a minority religion," "they are African-American" "and in this particular case, are women."

Gilani has stated he is preparing his members to the Soldiers of Allah, and he's set up the most advanced guerrilla warfare training camps," he said. "He's being true to his word.

If the evidence is right in front of our face and we have the words from the leader," Mawyer said. "I don't know how we continue to close our eyes and be blinded by such obvious affront to American values, the Constitution and our way of life."

The organization's "Homegrown Jihad" video includes a chilling scene of Jamaat ul-Fuqra's leader Sheikh Mubarak Gilani telling followers to "act like you're his friend. Then kill him."

According to the Religion of Peace website, there have been more than 250 jihad attacks by Muslims around the globe – including two inside the U.S. – in just the last two months.

The death toll from the attacks has surpassed 1,400, the report says.

U. S. Constitution is the Key – 6th Amendment

The Constitution of the United States is the foundation of resistance to Sharia law and Islamization. According to Article 6 of the Constitution, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and no other law can supersede it. It is important that we understand Sharia law and the Islamic doctrine from which Sharia is derived.

Our leaders and the majority of our people know nothing of Islamic doctrine and nothing of Sharia. They must be educated, quickly.

We must learn the doctrine of Islam and we must hold our judiciary and our local, state, and national leaders to their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution. Sharia law is fundamentally antithetical to our Constitution and cannot be allowed an iota of legitimacy or authority in our democratic society.


There should no longer be any doubt in the minds of Americans whatever that Sharia law and the Constitution of the United States are mutually exclusive. Sharia is counter to all of our concepts of freedom, inclusiveness, justice, decency, equality, and the rule of law. For those who still have some question on the matter there is this situation for your review.


AL-LAITH: A 10-year-old bride was returned last Sunday to her 80-year-old husband by her father who discovered her at the home of her aunt with whom she has been hiding for around 10 days.


A local newspaper said the husband, who denies he is 80 in spite of claims by the girl’s family, accused the aunt of meddling in his affairs. “My marriage is not against Shariah. It included the elements of acceptance and response by the father of the bride,” he said.


He added that he had been engaged to his wife’s elder sister and that this broke off as she wanted to continue with her education. “In light of this, her father offered his younger daughter. I was allowed to have a look at her according to Shariah and found her acceptable,” he said.

Sharia law is the codification of the commands of Allah and Mohammed and the Sunna of Mohammed (found in Sira and Hadith). Since Mohammed had a child bride, it is therefore “sunna” for all Muslims that is, acceptable. As the 80-year old husband in the story above states quite accurately, his marriage to a ten year old is both sunna and within his rights under Sharia law.


Anything that Mohammed did or said or commanded is considered “correct”, that is “allowed” within Islam. Mohammed is the perfect example of humanity for all Muslims to follow forever. Mohammed married Aisha when she was 6, and “consummated” the “marriage” when she was 9. The 80-year old “husband” is following the perfect example of Mohammed so he is in the right according to Islamic doctrine. (Hadith, Sahih Muslim; 113,031, 5977)


Child abuse is not supported by the Constitution of the United States, quite the contrary.


The critical difference between Jewish and Christian law and Sharia (Islamic law) is that Jewish and Christian law are subordinate to the secular laws of the cultures in which Jews and Christians reside. This is not the case with Sharia.


Sharia is both absolutist and universal – everyone, including non-Muslims must submit to Sharia law. Causing the unbeliever to submit to Sharia is one of the core purposes of Islam itself.


Mohammed: “I have been ordered to wage war against mankind until they accept that there is no god but Allah and that they believe I am His prophet and accept all revelations spoken through me. When they do these things I will protect their lives and property unless otherwise justified by Islamic law, in which case their fate lies in Allah’s hands.” (Hadith, Muslim; 001,0031)


47:3 This is because the unbelievers follow lies while the believers follow the truth sent down from their Lord. It is in this manner that Allah sets forth the rules of conduct for mankind. (Koran)


47:4 When you encounter the unbelievers on the battlefield, cut off their heads until you have thoroughly defeated them and then take the prisoners and tie them up firmly. Afterward, either allow them to go free or let them pay you their ransom until the war is over. This you are commanded. If it had been Allah’s will he would have taken out His vengeance upon them, but He has commanded this so that He may test you by using these others. As for those who are killed for Allah’s cause [jihad], He will not let their sacrifice be in vain. He will lead them into Paradise, of which He has told them. (Koran)


The doctrine of Islam is very clear on points regarding the unbeliever, or “kafir”. Sharia is the tool by which all peoples, believers and non-believers, are made to submit to Islam.


As Sharia law is contrary in every one of its components to our Constitution, and is essentially a foreign legal system whose purpose is to supplant the Constitution itself; it must therefore be opposed. This opposition is founded upon human rights grounds and upon the oaths that all public servants across our country take to defend and uphold the Constitution.


Article 6 of the Constitution is clear on these points. The Founders were prescient in many ways. They knew that foreign forces, or oppositional anti-human concepts could take root in the United States. They planned for this eventuality with Article 6 (among others).


Article VI.


All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.


This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.


The oaths of office of government servants, state level government officials, the military, and members of the Congress, officers of the courts, as well as the President reflect this requirement to uphold and defend the Constitution.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same…”


Lawyer’s Oath – State Bar of Michigan:


“I do solemnly swear (or affirm):


I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Michigan…”


Lawyer’s Oath – State Bar of Louisiana:


“I solemnly swear (or affirm) I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Louisiana…”


Congressional Oath of Office:


“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God. “


Supreme Court Oath of Office:


According to Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453 of the United States Code, each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:


“I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”


US President Oath of Office:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”


New Hampshire Oath for Civil Officers (including state officials):


“I, A.B. do solemnly swear, that I will bear faith and true allegiance to the United States of America and the state of New Hampshire, and will support the constitution thereof. So help me God.”


US Military Enlistment Oath:


I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…


It is clear that all United States public servants, as well as our military personnel are obligated by voluntary oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Article 6 of the Constitution clearly states that no other law other than the Constitution itself shall be the law of the land.


As Sharia law fundamentally is meant to usurp the law of the land (Constitution) and replace it with itself, it must therefore be opposed by all officials of the United States. Every citizen of the United States should remind their officials that they are obligated by their solemn oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.


Islam’s opposition to our Constitution and our country could not be clearer. Allah and Mohammed hate the kafir (non-Muslims) and command that Islam be at war with them forever, until there are no more kafirs.


[2.217] They ask you concerning the sacred month about fighting in it. Say: Fighting in it is a grave matter, and hindering (men) from Allah’s way and denying Him, and (hindering men from) the Sacred Mosque and turning its people out of it, are still graver with Allah, and persecution is graver than slaughter*; and they will not cease fighting with you until they turn you back from your religion, if they can; and whoever of you turns back from his religion, then he dies while an unbeliever– these it is whose works shall go for nothing in this world and the hereafter, and they are the inmates of the fire; therein they shall abide.

[8:39] And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah; but if they desist, then surely Allah sees what they do.


According to the Sira of Mohammed (the biography of Mohammed), submission of the kafirs to Islam is all that matters (Ishaq, 484).


[3:151] “We will strike terror into the hearts of the kafirs because they worship others besides Allah, which he gave them no permission to do. Their home will be the fire, a terrible resting place for the evil doers.”


[9.5] So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters (kafirs) wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate (jizya tax), leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.


The doctrine of Islam is clear. Its purpose is to supplant the religions, government, and culture of the host culture and replace them with Islam and Sharia law.


“Mohammed said, ‘I have been directed to fight the kafirs until every one of them admits, ‘There is only one god and that is Allah.’ Whoever says, “There is only one god and that is Allah,’his body and possessions will be protected by me except for violations of Islamic law, in which case his fate is with Allah, to be punished or forgiven as he sees fit.” (Hadith Bukhari; 4, 52, 196)


The importance of immigration to kafir lands (countries that are non-Muslim) is doctrinally codified in Islam. In fact, the first year of the Islamic calendar is notthe year in which Mohammed began his prophethood but rather the year in which he emigrated from Mecca to Medina.


Immigration is fundamentally important to the growth of Islam; we are seeing it across Europe as Islamic immigration is causing upheavals and strife in too many European countries to mention. These upheavals occur not because of any hostility on the part of the host peoples, much the contrary – the people of Europe have welcomed Muslim immigrants. The problems of Europe are foundationally built upon the lack of interest of the “Muslim community” to assimilate.

The disintegration of Europe is founded upon the desire of Islamic immigrants to change the host countries and cultures in which they now live. This is sunna as Mohammed did this in Medina when he immigrated there from Mecca. The oppositional nature of Islam to kafir (non-Muslim) countries and cultures is firmly written in the doctrine. We ignore the doctrine at our existential peril.


“[9.29] Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.” (Koran)


It is difficult for many post-modernists (and multiculturalists) who believe in nothing (because for them everything is equivalent) to conceive that people can be motivated so strongly by an ideology.


It is clear that we are in no way living in a “post-historical” world but rather in a world in which we are assaulted daily by historical forces that we do not understand because they are not taught in our schools and universities. This is a systemic failure in our American culture that must quickly be rectified if we want to continue to have an American culture and system of government.


The word “Islam” means “submission”. An adherent of this ideology is “one who submits”. Adherents submit to the commands of Allah and Mohammed and the “perfect example” of the life and actions of Mohammed as found in Sira and Hadith. Koran is considered the perfect word of god and cannot be questioned. The doctrine of Islam cannot be criticized or analyzed, it can only be implemented. The implementation of the doctrine of Islam means soft or violent jihad against the kafirs, everywhere and forever until there are no more kafirs.


It is our responsibility as lovers of freedom and democracy to oppose the growth of Islam and the implementation of Sharia law in our country. It is the responsibility of our public servants and our military to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. We must remind our local, state and Federal leaders of their responsibility and of their oath.


Our Constitution is the key to opposing Sharia law in the United States. The Constitution is a special document unprecedented in the history of humanity. It is our responsibility to uphold and protect it. Our forebears have done this; now we must do it, too. This is our duty as Americans and decent people across the world.


When faced with existential threats as Islam is to our way of life, we must respond. We must learn the doctrine of Islam, and educate one another about it. We must educate our leaders and remind them of their duty to protect and defend the country and Constitution. Nothing less is acceptable.
