Tapping into the muslim halal market: This is a good thing???

 Muslims being stereotyped in the United States? Yes, they are and there are reasons for this. 95% of ALL terrorist attacks around the globe are carried out by muslims. Have doubts about what I just stated? Then go to The Religion Of Peace site and you will find all the documented proof you need. The saying that not all muslims are terrorist but all terrorists are muslim is quite accurate. When you have a small majority of the muslim population that wages islamic jihad and is responsible for the vast majority of terrorist attacks then the muslim population overall will get stereotyped.


Add to this that muslims and muslim oragnizations are always suing for their 'rights' to force islam and sharia law upon the rest of the country. Cair, the muslim organization that was found guilty of contributing to terrorist groups is very guilty of these lawsuits. Our schools get sued to allow a tiny minority of muslim students to have their own prayer room and be allowed to pray when the same rights are denied Christians and Jews. How many Christians and Jews do you recall suing for the same rights lately or in the past? Or suing to have halal foods served to all the kids at school or in a prison, prayer rooms in the work place, foot baths and prayers rooms on university property, and the list goes on and on.


What about muslims that refuse to assimilate into our society, follow our laws of the land, especially our Constitution and treat us as second class citizens in our own country. We are after all, nothing more than infidels, kafirs to most muslims. This exclusiveness and aloofness really 'helps' out how we feel towards muslims and islam. I am sick of them whining about how badly they are treated here. If they would look into a mirror then they will see where much of this problem is coming from.


So yes, muslims are catching flak and heat and deserve to catch a lot more. If they do not like then they are ALWAYS FREE to leave.

U.S. Companies Urged to Tap Into $170 Billion Muslim Consumer Market

U.S. companies are loosing out by neglecting a rather attractive and overlooked consumer: American Muslims.


There is an estimate number of six to eight million Muslims in this country that possess an annual spending power between $170 and $200 billion. It is believed that two-thirds of Muslim households make more than $50,000 a year and a quarter earn over $100,000. Miles Young, chief executive officer of Ogilvy Mather Worldwide, an international advertising, marketing and public relations agency, said in a speech at this past December’s second annual American Muslim Consumer Conference that Muslims are the best-educated religious group in America and over 40% have bachelors’ degrees. Clearly, this is a consumer that companies cannot afford to not attract.

According to the Associated Press, corporations in Europe have long been catering to Muslim communities there. Nestle has about 20 factories with halal-certified production lines and advertises to Western Muslims through its marketing campaign called “Taste of Home.”


So why is it that companies in Europe have been able to successfully attract and retain the interest of their Muslim consumers?


Part of it has to do with Muslims in Europe having lived there for multiple generations, said Ponn Sabra, founder and owner of the online blog community for American Muslim Moms, AmericanMuslimMom.com. Also, “European Muslims are extremely strong in faith, very vocal, [and] much more confident in their practice of our faith than the majority of Muslims living in America.”


It also helps that Muslims in Europe are not stereotyped like Muslims in America, added Sabra. It’s only been recent that businesses in the U.S. have started to tap into the Muslim consumer market. McDonald’s and Wal-Mart have entered the halal arena and last August, Whole Foods began selling its first nationally distributed halal food product—frozen Indian entrees called Saffron Road. But because there is still intensified anti-Muslim feeling throughout the country, this is causing companies to worry that they will be attacked for going after this consumer.


But Muslims do not necessarily want companies to be their advocates against opposition, more so as they would appreciate that companies get to understand their values. Mohammed Abdullah, director of the 2009 Conference, said in a press release, “Muslims want to be acknowledged in mainstream media. You don’t need to change your product of show Muslims in your ads. Instead, consider advertising in a Muslim media outlet. Say Eid Mubarak or Ramadan Kareem during the holidays. The Muslim community will respond. When we see an ad we like we send it to our friends and share it with each other,” he said.

Of course, the worldwide market for Islamically permitted goods, also known as halal, is the best option for companies interested in attracting the American Muslim. The industry includes foods and seasoning that omit alcohol, pork products, cosmetics, finance and clothing. According to Young, the global halal market is worth $2.1 trillion dollars and it is growing at $500 billion dollars a year.


Muslims as entrepreneurs shouldn’t be underestimated either. For example, Tariq Farid developed and launched one of today’s successful and international companies in the floral industry that many know and love as Edible Arrangements.


“The American Muslim Consumer is extremely loyal, wealthy, educated and well-connected on and offline,” said Sabra. “Companies who jump at the opportunity have the potential for life-long happy customers who willfully recommend their products and services.”

The Growing Number of Conversions to Islam in the US and Europe: What Does It Mean? D.L. Adams

This is the latest article by D.L. Adams who has been featured here before. D.L. and I are friends and go back a couple of years. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he knows islam, sharia law and his research is impeccable. There are some not so surprising reasons why islam is the fastest growing religion, political ideology in the United States and the world. For those of us who have made islam, the qur'an, suna(from the ahadith)a life long subject of study and research, know what islam really is, and how it advances in many regions around the globe. Many who convert do so out of ignorance and are enamored by such a 'peaceful religion and way of life.' Many convert under the edge of the sword to save themselves or their families. The article that follows discusses this and many other concerns that we should have with islam, sharia law and muslims immigration.

This is the very same scenario to explain the wave of post-9/11 conversions to Islam in the West.


Some people were apparently so impressed at the absolute zeal and surety of the 19 Muslim hijacker killers (rather than revolted by their cruelty, brutality, and hatred), they adopted the ideological path of the killers rather than the path of compassion for their victims."

The Growing Number of Conversions to Islam in the US and Europe: What Does It Mean?

Observers and interested parties have expressed amazement, confusion and concern at the growth of Islam in the West since 9/11. Apparently, no acts of mass murder, familial barbarism and cruelty, jihad violence against non-Muslims, and threat of (nuclear) war from leaders of Islamic states are sufficient to dissuade some “searchers”.

After the 9/11 Islamic atrocities, conversions to Islam in the United States increased markedly – and have kept a steady pace of growth. It did not take long for this startling increase in conversions in the US to be widely noticed. According to the New York Times (October, 2001), “some clerics say they have seen conversion rates quadruple since Sept. 11.”




Favorable reactions (no response could be more “favorable” than conversion) to the 9/11 attacks in Europe were also widely noticed there. A Times of London article that appeared not long after the attacks included the following:


There is compelling anecdotal evidence of a surge in conversions to Islam since September 11, not just in Britain, but across Europe and America. One Dutch Islamic centre claims a tenfold increase, while the New Muslims Project, based in Leicester and run by a former Irish Roman Catholic housewife, reports a steady stream of new converts. (Times of London, 01/07/2002 as referenced in Joel Richardson’s “Islamic Anti-Christ.”)


For most thoughtful Americans only profound shock and confusion (and dismay) can result when faced with these growing trends of approval (through conversion – the highest form of “approval”) in the society for the perpetrators of the 9/11 barbarities and their draconian, supremacist ideology.


Many say the events of Sept. 11 only confirmed their commitment. …Upon hearing of the hijackings [one “searcher”] immediately grabbed a book from her backpack and recited the Arabic declaration of belief; she made the conversion official 12 days later.

Certainly psychologists, religious and political leaders, and anyone concerned about our societal health andsurvival would wish to understand the foundations of a decision that propels someone to identify with the 9/11 killers (and their ideology) rather than with their innocent kafir/non-Muslim victims.


Things have not improved in the ten years since the 9/11 mass murders. According to the UK Daily Mail of January 5, 2011:


The number of Muslim converts in Britain has passed 100,000, fuelled by a surge in young white women adopting the Islamic faith.


The figure has almost doubled in ten years – with the average convert now a 27-year-old white woman fed up with British consumerism and immorality.


The investigation as to comparative morality whereby Islam requires jihad against non-Muslims, considers women second class citizens (including religious and legal sanction for wife beating), and an undying ancient enmity against Jews and Christians (and all non-Muslims) that continues to fuel atrocities across the world versus the perceived moral failings of UK society in which the horrors of Islam are often viewed as more attractive by some British “searchers” elicited this:


The survey …asked converts for their views on the negative aspects of British culture. They identified alcohol and drunkenness, a ‘lack of morality and sexual permissiveness’, and ‘unrestrained consumerism’. Daily Mail, 01/05/2011


Why some British non-Muslim “searchers” find their answers within a reactionary, absolutist worldview from Arabia rather than make a personal decision to not partake in such activities – or convert even to some more localized absolutist approach to existence like, say, Puritanism – if avoidance of sexual permissiveness, drunkenness, unrestrained consumerism, etc., is the goal of those who convert to Islam, is not particularly clear. Though the very public conversion of Lauren Booth, former Prime Minister Tony Blair’s sister-in-law, and Prince Charles numerous favorable comments on Islam have greatly benefited Islam in the UK in recent years they cannot explain the attraction the people in an open society have towards totalitarian, absolutist ideologies such as Islam.


Certainly, many have a deep need for surety and definitiveness. What could be the source of more certitude than an absolutist ideology to which one submits in entirety? After all, the word “Islam” translates to “Submission”, and “Muslim” to “one who submits.” Islam is about nothing else if not “Islam” – it’s an all-encompassing submission to an all-encompassing self-referential view of existence. Rising numbers of conversions to Islam seem to show that Islam’s brutal absolutism has found a fertile soil in the apparently morally confused and falling cultures of the west.


Many people need answers, but haven’t any idea as to how to ask the right questions. There are such “searchers” in every generation; those who know that “something is wrong” but haven’t any clear idea as to what.


Absolutist ideologies, religions, worldviews, political and legal systems (Islam includes all of those) are a welcome haven for such people from the challenges and confusions of daily life in open democratic societies. For too many, submission is by far easier than the frustrations and difficulties of the search for meaning itself.


Suna is the “Way of Mohammed.” It originates from the Hadith (Traditions), and the Sira (the biography of Mohammed). According to Islamic doctrine Mohammed is the greatest human being whose life is the perfect model for all Muslims to follow forever. Obeying Mohammed is commanded in the Koran. Devout followers of Islam follow the path of Suna – whatever Mohammed ordered others to do or did himself are the finest things that any human could do. We should not underestimate the power of examples.


The apostle said, ‘Kill any Jew that falls into your power.’ Thereupon Muhayyisa b. Mas`ud leapt upon Ibn Sunayna, a Jewish merchant with whom they had social and business relations, and killed him. Huwayyisa was not a Muslim at the time though he was the elder brother. When Muhayyisa killed him Huwayyisa began to beat him, saying, ‘You enemy of God, did you kill him when much of the fat on your belly comes from his wealth?’ Muhayyisa answered, ‘Had the one who ordered me to kill him ordered me to kill you I would have cut your head off.’ He said that this was the beginning of Huwayyisa’s acceptance of Islam. The other replied, ‘By God, if Muhammad had ordered you to kill me would you have killed me?’ He said, ‘Yes, by God, had he ordered me to cut off your head I would have done so.’ He exclaimed, ‘By God, a religion which can bring you to this is marvellous!’ and he became a Muslim. -Ibn Ishaq, Sirat Rasul Allah as translated by A. There is no doubt that absolutism appeals to many and always has, but there is cause for hope in that Islam’s supremacism, definitiveness, and cruel legal system (Sharia law) while attractive for some, is not at all for others. (More on Sharia Law here, and here, and here, and here.)


The day after the UK newspaper published its report that “100,000 Britons have chosen to become Muslim… and (the) average convert is (a) 27-year-old white woman” poll results were reported in the same newspaper (Daily Mail) that showed “Islam (is) now considered ‘a threat’ to national identity by almost half of French and Germans.” (Le Monde poll as cited in UK Daily Mail, 01/06/2011.)


German Chancellor Angela Merkel set the most high profile public tone of open criticism some months ago when she stated that multiculturalism (i.e., integration of immigrant groups) had “utterly failed” in Germany. In Britain, some public discussion starting in 2009 that massive immigration was a purposeful effort to forever alter the cultural makeup of the United Kingdom (that is, make it more “multicultural”) seems to show that the influx of Muslim immigrants into the UK is a component of a post-modernist, multicultural social engineering project that has utterly failed with disastrous consequences.


Rising awareness of Islamic doctrine, history, and its draconian, misogynist legal system (Sharia) in the United States is providing Americans with the foundational knowledge from which insightful questions about Islam can be formulated. The answers to these questions, more often than not, are – unpleasant, and show that the essential concepts of Islam, inclusive of submission and supremacism, to be incompatible with the US Constitution.


According to the Le Monde poll (comments on the article suggest that results would be duplicated in the UK) rising numbers of French and Germans now view Islam as a challenge to their national identities. The poll “…also found a majority in both countries believe Muslims have ‘not integrated properly.’”


If the history of jihad and Islamic expansionism are to be guides, non-Muslim citizens of France and Germany have cause for concern.


Ironically, the same day the Le Monde poll results appeared in a British newspaper the United States Constitution was read for the first time from the floor of the Senate.


The reading of the Constitution was recommended by Republican Representative Bob Goodlatte of Virginia with the following by way of explanation (as if such explanation is required for the first public reading on the Senate floor of the central document of American history):


One of the resounding themes I have heard from my constituents is that Congress should adhere to the Constitution and the finite list of powers it granted to the federal government.

The limitations of federal powers and the enforcement of checks and balances are favorite themes of conservatives during this 2nd year of the Obama administration. It is correct, laudable, and understandable in our highly charged national political environment that the proper extent of federal power according to the Constitution should be so seriously considered.


While German and French poll respondents have reasonably identified Islam as a threat to their respective national identities, there appears to be little need for discussion to determine what a Frenchman or a German means when he/she talks about their “national identity.” This question: “what does it mean to be an American?” is now a central issue in the United States.


It was once widely understood that the concepts and freedoms delineated in the Constitution were the foundations upon which the country were constructed. With the post-war (WW2) advent of post-modernism and multiculturalism and a corresponding rise in national self-doubt and guilt, the proud idea of “American” now has become for too many one of confusion, dismay, self-doubt/self-disgust.


Some political observers have suggested that the reading of the Constitution on the Senate floor was a Republican right-wing “stunt.” Some members of the minority party chose to express their opinion about “the Constitution-reading stunt” by not attending the session. There has yet to be any definitive explanation provided by opposition voices as to what it is that is partisan about reading the foundational document of American politics from the Senate floor.


There are larger and more important themes than the silly “political theater” accusation (and thus dismissal of the reading). It seems a bizarre oversight on the part of all former Congresses that the Constitution had never been read aloud on the Senate floor – it ought to be read at the opening of each new Congressional session.


Charles Krauthammer in his article “Constitutionalism” rightly notes the event as the beginning of a new way of looking at ourselves as Americans – the old way.


Krauthammer suggests that a renewed focus on the central document of American political/public life by Republicans likely indicates a new national political focus on core values based around those guaranteed to the people under the Constitution. This focus on the Constitution should always be the core of conservatism.


Some liberals are already disdaining the new constitutionalism, denigrating the document’s relevance and sneering at its public recitation. They do so at their political peril. In choosing to focus on a majestic document that bears both study and recitation, the reformed conservatism of the Obama era has found itself not just a symbol but an anchor.

Until recently the Constitution was commonly understood (and appreciated) as the foundation of the concept of “American” as well as the literal core of our concepts of freedom, and government. (Since we are in the midst of the sesquicentennial of the Civil War, it should be noted that both Northerners and Confederates considered themselves Constitutionalists). Until recently the answer to “what does it mean to be an American” almost always included some or all of the following components:


•our Constitution
•our Founders
•the “melting pot”
•our individual freedoms
•our special consideration from Providence
•and the sacrifices our heroes have made throughout our history to preserve our country and protect the Constitution.
It is good that we are returning to the core concepts of what it means “to be American” especially during this time of economic, ideological, cultural, and international crises.


If our understanding, appreciation of, and linkage with the US Constitution is re-established; and we can again see ourselves (without post-modernist false doubts/guilt) within a context of historical development over time and compare our foundations and core beliefs to most any other culture and country on the planet we will know once again our own value, and the contributions we have made to the world.

The popular post-911 suggestion (now falling from favor) that the Muslim killers of that day had somehow “hijacked” the “religion of peace” and were not representative of it (an approach that would minimize the moral horror and inversion of converting to Islam) is not borne out by any reading of Islamic doctrine. Nor does such a view take into account the statements of those jihadists and those who followed them (both as individuals and as members of organizations/states) as they justified then and now their barbaric cruelties within an Islamic doctrinal context.


Searching for answers is a great tradition for people lucky to live in open societies, and one of our greatest freedoms. The great danger of searching is that some will find their “answers” on the wrong path.


It is good and right to look to our foundations, to the great people and ideas that created our country. If we put our national political and cultural life back on a Constitutional path – understanding that these core ideals are alive and belong to all of us and are not reserved for any particular party but for all Americans – and if we compare other ideologies and systems against our own, founded upon the standard of our Constitution, we will not find ourselves wanting.

The Al-Rahman mosque in Orlando, Florida – a Muslim Brotherhood owned and operated property is caught funding terrorism via George Galloway, self admitted Hamas fundraiser and Imam Mahdi Bray, public Hamas supporter.


On June 14, 2009, George Galloway appeared at an event sponsored by the Islamic Society of Central Florida [ISCF]. Also in attendance was Mahdi Bray executive director of the Muslim American Society Freedom Foundation [MASFF] at Imam Muhammad Musri's Al Rahman mosque in Orlando, Florida. The mosque is owned by the North American Islamic Trust [NAIT]. They rose over $55,000 in support of Galloway's Viva Palestina, a Hamas terror finance conduit.


George Galloway, who's Respect Party was defeated in the recent British general elections, lost his parliamentary immunity. In April of 2009, Canadian authorities barred his entry on behalf of Viva Palestina, a registered British charity he co-founded to raise funds for Gaza "humanitarian" convoys in direct support of Hamas. The US State Department did not declare him persona non grata and permitted his entry in the country in May and June of 2009. Galloway used that cover to considerable advantage. Over a period of a year, he was in the US virtually every weekend making appearances at universities such as Ohio State and the University of California at Irvine raising millions for humanitarian aid to be conveyed to the Hamas government via the Viva Palestina convoys.


Using Zakat fund for unholy cause:


Muslim charity Zakat is mandatory for every affluent Muslim, which has to be paid during each of the Arabic years. Zakat is calculated on the basis of net wealth and precious metals possessed by the Muslim for his or his family's use. The amount is one-fortieth of the net value.


According to information, billions of dollars are donated by Muslims to various Islamic charities and individuals every year from as Zakat. For past several years, a significant segment of the fund is used for funding Islamist terrorist groups as well as pro-Jihadist or pro-Islamist media and individuals in the world. Muslims living in the West are also paying their Zakat on a regular basis through the local community mosques or Islamic charities. It is already documented that, major volume of such donations goes for various Islamist terror outfits in the world.


The Holy Land Foundation was the largest Islamic charity in the United States. Headquartered in Richardson, Texas, it was originally known as Occupied Land Fund. In 2007, federal prosecutors brought charges against the organization for funding Hamas and other Islamist terrorist organizations. Prosecutors also named the Council on American-Islamic Relations [CAIR], the Islamic Society of North America, and the North American Islamic Trust as unindicted co-conspirators in the case.


Its assets were frozen by the European Union and U.S., and it was shut down by the U.S. government following the discovery that it was funding Hamas. The 2008 trial of the charity leaders was dubbed the "largest terrorism financing prosecution in American history." In 2009, the founders of the organization were given life sentences for "funneling $12 million to Hamas."


According information, collection of Zakat by Islamic Relief USA, the biggest Zakat collector has increased at least 30 percent during 2009-2010 and there is a clear indication of further rise in the coming years.


In the website of Islamic Relief USA, the organization claims, 79 per cent of people in Gaza lives in poverty [a huge lie]; 90 per cent of Palestinian children do not feel safe [false allegation against Israel]; and 120,000 Palestinian workers banned from leaving the area to find work [another false allegation against Israel]. This organization collects US$ 175 per month from the Muslims in United States for "buying for a family in Palestine". It also continues selling ideas of various projects and collects millions of dollars from the Muslims either as Zakat or personal donation.


And interestingly enough, Islamic relief USA runs a project named Al Askar to send money to children in school in 'Palestine'. Meaning of Al Askar is 'Soldier'. So, in other world, this US charitable organization is funding future soldiers for Hamar and other anti-Israel terror outfit.


Commenting on Zakat, President Obama said: "in the United States, rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation. That is why I am committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill Zakat"


Humm! Hope we all remember Mr. Obama's sending secret envoy to Hamas! From the above statement it gets clear that the President of United States of America will do everything to ensure that Muslim funding of terrorism will continue smoothly.


School children forced to pray to Allah:


And here is another story from Massachusetts. Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center - Boston's controversial Saudi-funded mega-mosque - during a Wellesley Middle School social studies trip to the mosque, ostensibly taken to learn about the history of Islam first-hand. Yet information reveals that the students were being blatantly mis-educated about Islam. A mosque spokesperson told the children that in Mohammed's 7th century Arabia women were allowed to vote, while in America women only gained that right a hundred years ago. This seems to be an increasingly recurring theme in American schools - the denigration of western civilization and the glorification of Islamic history and values. In fact, just recently, the American Textbook Council revealed that the New York State high school regents exam whitewashes the atrocities that occurred during the imperialistic Islamic conquest of Christian Byzantium, Persia, the African continent, and the Indian subcontinent, even as it demonizes European colonialism in South America.


The mosque spokesperson also taught the students that the only meaning of Jihad in Islam is a personal spiritual struggle, and that Jihad has historically had no relationship with holy war.


I would like to site here one example of a typical seventh grade text book named 'History Alive! The Medieval World and Beyond', produced by the Teacher's Curriculum Institute – despite its name, an aggressive privately held California-based educational publisher – noteworthy for its rapidly expanding popularity amongst textbook buyers. This company claims that its books are adopted in one-third of California's almost one thousand school districts. The book teaches that "Jihad represents the human struggle to overcome difficulties and do things that are pleasing to God. Muslims strive to respond positively to personal difficulties as well as worldly challenges. For instance, they might work to be better people, reform society, or correct injustice."


In another passage meant to explain Jihad, this book said: "Muslims should fulfill jihad with the heart, tongue, and hand. Muslims use the heart in their struggle to resist evil. The tongue may convince others to take up worthy causes, such as funding medical research. Hands may perform good works and correct wrongs."


One chapter in this book teaches adultery lessons on Islam.


Students visiting the mosque, irrespective of their religious identities, were forced to learn to pray to 'Allah' during this trip.


I am personally horrified to know all these things. But I am sure, President Obama isn't. There is possibly no reason to give explanation why he isn't. Let me mention here that, in Islam, killing certain "evil-doers," such as apostates or homosexuals, is a way of "correcting injustice"; overthrowing manmade constitutional orders [democracy] and replacing them with Sharia mandates, and subjugating women and non-Muslims, are ways of "reforming society." Those enforcing all this are, in fact, "better people" — indeed, according to the Koran [3:110], they are "the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong," that is, ruling according to Sharia law.


Islamic message in toys:


Since 1998, there are plenty of dolls in United States market as well as some 'games' for children, which teach them Islamic and Jihadist messages as well as verses from Koran. The doll will say "Islam is the light", or "Protect yourself from sins, wear veils". The game toys will recite Koranic verses while the children continue to play various games there. Most of such toys are manufactured in China and sent to Western countries and sold at a subsidized price.

Muslim Hostess sues Disney over 'right' to wear hijab.

What is wrong with this picture? Instead of assimilating into the country they have immigrated to or perhaps when they are even born here, muslims and islam continue to try and force their culture, their ideology, their laws, in this case, following sharia law, upon the rest of us. The hijab and burqua are symbols of how islam oppresses women. No other group or ideology sues and whines about how they are treated like muslims do. I know not all muslims are like this but the ones that behave in this manner, flanked by her 'friends'from numerous islamic organizations, give the rest a very bad image. This is just another form of jihad. Call it 'soft' jihad. It is positively stealth jihad. I am not impressed that this young lady recently became a U.S. citizen. Now this is a fine way to show gratitude to the country that gave you freedom and a new life?


I have mentioned this numerous times; wherever a small majority of muslims immigate to, trouble always seems to follow. I predict Disney will fold to islam's demands in this case. I hope not. You think she was 'encouraged' to do this? Let her go find a job in a muslim owned business or at a local mosque, where she can really be discriminated against and persecuted. Not too hard to see why comments for this article were turned off by the LA Times.

Imane Boudlal filed a discrimination complaint after being sent home without pay for refusing to take off her headscarf. The company says it offered to let her wear the hijab "in a backstage role."

A Muslim woman who works as a hostess at a Disney-owned restaurant filed a discrimination complaint against the entertainment giant Wednesday, saying they have repeatedly sent her home without pay for refusing to remove her headscarf at work.

Imane Boudlal said she has worked as a hostess at Storyteller's Café in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel Spa for two years and began wearing her hijab Sunday but was told she would have to remove it or take a job working out of public view.

On Wednesday, shortly after filing a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Boudlal made her fourth attempt of the week — the first with videographers, photographers and reporters in tow — to begin her afternoon shift at the resort-district restaurant, which features a Chip 'n' Dale theme.

Boudlal said she was again told to take off her hijab, the headscarf some Muslim women wear. Boudlal refused and walked out of the hotel, flanked by chanting supporters.

"I've been sent home," she said. "I thought maybe today is my lucky day because I have my friends, my supporters."

Disney officials said Boudlal has never been denied the opportunity to work.

"She's been allowed to work," said Disneyland spokeswoman Suzi Brown. "We've given her the opportunity to work in a backstage role the last several shifts that she's come in."

One backstage role the company offered was a room service cashier, an interim solution until a permanent one could be found, Brown said.

"Don't put me in the back," Boudlal retorted Wednesday, dressed in her work uniform of camp-style green slacks, orange vest and long-sleeved white shirt in addition to her white hijab.

Boudlal, who is from Morocco and recently became a U.S. citizen, said she approached her employer in June about wanting to wear the hijab on the job. She was told the request would have to be approved by the corporate office. When she followed up, she said, she was told the request was still under review.

Last week she was taken to the costume department to look for possible alternatives — a hat was suggested — and she was told she could not wear her own hijab, said Ameena Qazi, staff attorney for the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which is representing Boudlal.

"We knew Disney is very sensitive to their public image so we said, 'Go public,' " said Leigh Shelton, a spokeswoman with Unite Here Local 11, the union that represents Boudlal.

Brown said the hijab would be a departure from the costume policy for Boudlal's role as hostess.

"It has to do with the costume, every role at Disneyland Resort has a specific costume," Brown said, adding that a number of employees wear religious clothing and work behind the scenes. She could not recall whether there were any who worked directly with guests.

Disneyland is working diligently to accommodate her request, Brown said.

The news conference, held on a street corner in front of the hotel where voices were occasionally drowned out by passing traffic as little girls in princess dresses walked by, was not without its references to the "Happiest Place on Earth."

"My advice to Disney company … take a ride on one of your own rides, a little thing called 'It's a Small World,' which celebrates human diversity," Qazi said. "Imane is just celebrating that same diversity."

My Comment: So Qazi mentions "celebrating that same diversity." Okay Qazi, please enlighten us on how islam allows others to celebrate diversity under islam and sharia law? Or allows other religions(not a backwards ideology that stones people to death),cultures to practice and celebrate their 'diversity' in islamic countries? Does islam and sharia law allow them to wear their own clothing styles out in public in islamic countries? islam is not known for allowing others, especially non-muslims to celebrate their diversity. History of Mosques in America

The first mosque in America was built by Albanian Muslims in 1915 in Maine. By 1919, they had established another mosque in Connecticut. Polish-speaking Tatars build a mosque in Brooklyn, NY in 1926, which is still in use. African American Muslims established the first Mosque in Pittsburgh, PA in 1930. The Lebanese Community of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, opened its first mosque in 1935.

The State Street Mosque in New York City was established by Sheikh Dawood Ahmed Faisal in 1955. This mosque represents a special point in the development of the American Muslim community. The Dar-ul-Islam movement began from there.

Although the first mosque was established in America in 1915 but only few mosques were built till 1960. Greater growth of mosques began in the 1970s and the tempo of growth continues unabated. The vast majority of mosques (87%) were found since 1970. Thirty percent of all mosques were established in the 1990s and 32% were started in 1980s.

♦ Americas largest mosque, the Islamic Center of America, is in Dearborn, Michigan. It was rebuilt in 2005 to accommodate over 3,000 people for the increasing Muslim population in the region.

♦ According to the FACT survey, the total number of mosques in the United States increased 42 percent between 1990 and 2000. This is a considerable rate of new growth especially when compared with a 12 percent average increase for the study’s evangelical Protestant denominations, and a two percent average increase among old-line Protestant, and Catholic and Orthodox groups.

Dr. Jane I. Smith, co-director of the Duncan Black Macdonald Center for the Study of Islam, also located at Hartford Seminary, pointed out that in the 1980s and 90s mosques and Islamic centers were built with generous contributions from abroad. Now, she says, most are being constructed by American Muslims. "There now are many affluent Muslims in America—individuals with organizational skills and with sufficient financial means to build the mosques and Islamic centers that are now common all across our nation," Roozen noted.

An undercover survey of more than 100 mosques and Islamic schools in America has exposed widespread radicalism, including the alarming finding that 3 in 4 Islamic centers are hotbeds of anti-Western extremism..

The Mapping Sharia in America Project, sponsored by the Washington-based Center for Security Policy, has trained former counterintelligence and counterterrorism agents from the FBI, CIA and U.S. military, who are skilled in Arabic and Urdu, to conduct undercover reconnaissance at some 2,300 mosques and Islamic centers and schools across the country.

“So far of 100 mapped, 75 should be on a watchlist,” an official familiar with the project said. Many of the Islamic centers are operating under the auspices of the Saudi Arabian government and U.S. front groups for the radical Muslim Brotherhood based in Egypt.

Frank Gaffney, a former Pentagon official who runs the Center for Security Policy, says the results of the survey have not yet been published. But he confirmed that “the vast majority” are inciting insurrection and jihad through sermons by Saudi-trained imams and anti-Western literature, videos and textbooks.

The project, headed by David Yerushalmi, a lawyer and expert on sharia law, has finished collecting data from the first cohort of 102 mosques and schools. Preliminary findings indicate that almost 80 percent of the group exhibit a high level of sharia-compliance and jihadi threat, including:

* Ultra-orthodox worship in which women are separated from men in the prayer hall and must enter the mosque from a separate, usually back, entrance; and are required to wear hijabs.

* Sermons that preach women are inferior to men and can be beaten for disobedience; that non-Muslims, particularly Jews, are infidels and inferior to Muslims; that jihad or support of jihad is not only a Muslim’s duty but the noblest way, and suicide bombers and other so-called “martyrs” are worthy of the highest praise; and that an Islamic caliphate should one day encompass the U.S.

* Solicitation of financial support for jihad.

* Bookstores that sell books, CDs and DVDs promoting jihad and glorifying martyrdom.

Some of the 9/11 hijackers received aid and counsel from one of the largest mosques in the Washington, D.C., area. Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center is one of the mosques identified by undercover investigators as a hive of terrorist activity and other extremism. It was founded and is currently run by leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood. Imams there preach what is called “jihad qital,” which means physical jihad, and incite violence and hatred against the U.S.

Expansion in Ottawa-Gatineau (2007 )

The Omar mosque in Bells Corners has already excavated part of the foundation for a complex featuring a mosque, gym, school, community centre and seniors' residence on a four-acre property it recently bought. The complex will replace a Bells Corners home that in turn replaced space in a United Church. The mosque, which is expected to house up to 1,000 worshippers, includes a JK to Grade 8 school, as well as a gym that doubles as a community centre and a library.

The Assunah Muslims Association has bought some land near Bank Street and Hunt Club Road in Ottawa South, where they plan to build a mosque to replace the space they currently rent.

The Outaouais Islamic Centre in Gatineau has begun construction on a 1,200-square-metre mosque at Lois and St. Jean Bosco Roads, to replace a small prayer hall.

The Bilal Masjid mosque in Ottawa's Orléans neighbourhood is looking to expand.

The Kanata Muslim Association is fundraising and seeking a larger location to replace the space it now rents at a community centre.

By the time all the construction is completed in about 10 years, Ottawa will boast eight major mosques, in addition to more than 20 community halls or “musallahs” where people gather for prayers

♦ OHIO USA 5th April 2010: A historic Islamic building - the first mosque in Toledo and the ninth in the United States - is coming back to life again as a house of worship. The near-downtown building has been vacant for several years and was sold last month to Toledo Masjid al-Islam.

♦ TENNESSEE USA 13th April 2010: Several Muslim families have submitted plans to the city of Brentwood to build a mosque. On the first reading, the Brentwood City Commission passed a request Monday night to rezone about 15 acres of land off Wilson Pike for the Islamic Center of Williamson County. The 12,000-square-foot building, which will include a domed prayer hall, will serve about 40 families, mostly from the immediate area in their religious and social activities.

♦ CAIRNS AUSTRALIA 19TH April 2010: Cairns Regional Council gave approval for the building to be used as a mosque in late March for prayers and ceremonies and since then many of the region's 40 Muslim families have visited it.But the opening comes after several years of protests against the building being built as well a court case opposing its construction in the Planning and Environment Court.

♦ WEST BROMWICH ENGLAND 20th April 2010: A new mosque and community centre could be built in the Black Country under plans revealed today. Sandwell Council has received a 326-signature petition from the West Bromwich Bangladesh Muslim Welfare Association and Islamic Centre, stating land at Dartmouth Street and Chapman Street is their preferred site for the scheme.

♦ ONTARIO CANADA 27th April 2010: The Masjid Bilal mosque on Innes Road will soon be getting its outer shell as construction on the building is scheduled to resume this week. The work is expected to take four months to complete weather permitting. Once it's completed, the mosque will be able to accommodate up to 400 worshippers in the main prayer room. The women's room and the overflow prayer room downstairs will be able to accommodate an additional 300 people for a total capacity of 700.

♦ EDMONTON CANADA 29th April 2010: The local chapter of the Muslim Association of Canada recently paid $5.2-million for a two-storey strip mall at the corner of 172nd Street and Callingwood Road. The association hopes to renovate the building for a variety of uses, including a mosque, day care, youth centre and retail businesses. It also proposes to transform part of the space into a full-time Islamic elementary school with room for up to 150 students.

♦ SOUTH CAROLINA USA 6th May 2010 : A Mosque and Islamic centre is set to rise in downtown Rock Hill. Construction is set to begin next month on the Islamic Center of South Carolina, a building that will house men's and women's prayer rooms and meeting space. The former grocery store site sits just west of Wilson Street near the Pilgrims' Inn.

♦ UTAH USA: 3rd May 2010: The Utah Islamic Center moved one step closer Sunday to raising money needed to build a new mosque and school in south Salt Lake Valley.
A fundraising dinner and auction Sunday evening netted about $100,000, bringing the total raised to more than $300,000,.An estimated 25,000 Muslims live in Utah, mainly along the Wasatch Front, according to Utah Islamic Center.

♦ NEW YORK USA: 5th May 2010: The old Burlington Coat Factory building on Park Place has sat shuttered and empty since the landing gear from a hijacked plane crashed through the roof on 9/11. Now, a Muslim group hopes to build a mosque and cultural center there, replacing what they see as the worst of Islam with the best.

“We have a vision that is opposite the vision of the extremists,” said Daisy Khan, executive director of the Cordoba Initiative, the group behind the center. “We want to be a driving force for the rebuilding of Lower Manhattan.”. Community Board 1’s Financial District Committee embraced the center’s message of tolerance and voted unanimously Wednesday night to support the project.

♦ WISCONSIN USA 5th May 2010: A group of Muslims in Sheboygan County will soon learn if they will be able to have a mosque in the Town of Wilson. It has been a controversial issue for some in the area who fear that the Mosque could be used as a spot for terrorist activity. The Islamic Society of Sheboygan County says they've purchased a building, are in compliance with state code, and are hoping Town of Wilson leaders grant them a conditional use permit for a mosque. Some in Oostburg hope that doesn't happen.

An answer to a dhimmi dimwit

A another counter jihad minded individual posted this response to someone calling us, who oppose islam, 'muslim bashers.' Not real original or new but I liked her repsonse so much I got permission to use it. Pamela is responding to Serenity Collier. Pamela obviously 'gets it' about islam and Serenity does not. One only has to look to NYC, like the likes of Bloomberg, Soros, and the entire Obama adminstration to see that they approve and support the mosque at Ground Zero. The mullah obamaham stated he does not want to get involved in a 'local issue' but islam, muslims forced us after 9/11 to get involved. Many of us are now very involved and will continue to become more involved. I will die willingly before I see this country fall into the hands of islam and be ruled under the perversion and persecution of sharia law.

 Jimmy 'The dhimmi' Carter is the one who really got us started on this road to war with islam by folding to islam with the American hostages being taken in Iran. I can only ask you who tread here to educate yourselves about islam and sharia law. It is the horror of our time. We owe it to our children.

The Mosque: state within a state, Vijay Kumar

I have wriiten, mentioned about mosques often times being a center for subversive and terrorist linked activities and teachings. This is actually quite common. It does not matter what country the mosque is located in. The evidence is quite clear that wherever islam springs up, muslims immigrate to, mosques are eventually established. Here is the United States mosques are treated like most other religion's buidlings, hands off. I really feel that this is a mistake as islam is an ideology, not a religion. It does not matter to me if there are one billion muslims, believers of this cult of violence and death. Mosques in this country must be under surveillence, raided if the evidence warrants this and shut down. It is not uncommon for a mosque to have two services. One as a show for us infidels using plenty of taqiyya to fool and tricl those who do not know islam or have not studied it. The other service is for those who believe in the ways and words of allah and his perverted 'prophet'mohammed.The qur'an and sharia law are what matter to this second group.

It’s estimated that a staggering $20 trillion sits parked outside the United States in tax havens. The Fair Tax will bring that money home to rebuild domestic industry and jobs.


Our health care delivery system is broken, and a bandage won’t fix it. The quality of healthcare delivery deteriorates in every country where universal healthcare exists. Consumer-based health care is the answer, not employer-based, not government-based.


I am pro-life, unwaveringly and without compromise. Adoption and education are the solutions. The two-parent, father-mother family is the framework upon which our values are built. Anyone who seeks to destroy the family seeks to destroy the nation.


Congress’s strategy for fighting the global war on terror is a failure. I maintain that this war can be won :

•for less than a billion dollars, and

THE MUSLIM MOSQUE: A STATE WITHIN A STATE

THE KABAH IN MECCA WAS NOT BUILT AS AN ISLAMIC MOSQUE. It was an ancient temple that had been shared by polytheists, Christians, Jews, and Hindus, honoring 360 different deities. In 630 A.D. the Kabah was captured by Islam in its military invasion and conquest of Mecca.

On the day of its capture, Mohammed delivered an address at the Kabah in military dress and helmet, according to Ayatullah Ja’far Subhani in his book, “The Message”:
“Bear in mind that every claim of privilege, whether that of blood or property is abolished . . . I reject all claims relating to life and property and all imaginary honors of the past, and declare them to be baseless . . . A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim and all the Muslims are brothers of one another and constitute one hand as against the non-Muslims. The blood of every one of them is equal to that of others and even the smallest among them can make a promise on behalf of others.” —Mohammed

Mohammed’s address at the Kabah overthrew the Meccan government and declared all of Islam, anywhere in the world, to be a political and military state against all non-Muslims, regardless of the non-Muslims’ political, geographical, or national origins.

“If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him.” —Koran 3:85

Although the rightful owners of the Kabah are the many religions that shared it before the Islamic military conquest of Mecca, according to Subhani the Kabah today is under the control of a hereditary regime going back to Mohammed: “currently the 12th Imam from the direct descent of the Prophet of Islam is the real protector, its custodian and guardian.”

All Islamic mosques everywhere in the world are required to have a clear visible indication pointing in the direction of Mecca and the Kabah, where the international political and military state of Islam was founded. In most mosques there is a niche in the wall—the mihrab—that points toward the seat of Islamic power. Each mosque, like the Kabah, is governed by an Imam in compliance with the political documents of Islam.

Mosques and the Political Documents of Islam

The Koran is the supreme political document of Islam—its political manifesto and political constitution. It is the only constitution of the nation-state Saudi Arabia, which is the home of Mecca and the Kabah, where all mosques point, and is the birthplace of Islam.

The Koran is a totalitarian constitution. It demands submission by anyone within its jurisdiction. The Koran governs all mosques everywhere in the world. As a political document, the Koran asserts that everyone in the world is within its jurisdiction. So far, Islam has not been able to enforce that totalitarian claim on the entire world, but has managed to do so through threat, infiltration, violence, terrorism, and coercion on roughly 20% of the world. It is engaged in a 1400-year-long Universal Jihad to dominate the rest of the world. All mosques are its outpost headquarters.

Central to the Koran’s political mandates is prohibition of religious freedom and religious tolerance, along with denouncements of religions such as Christianity and Judaism.

“O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them.” —Koran 5:51

“Fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)” —Koran 9:5

All mosque leaders must be loyal to and supportive of these political and militaristic mandates.
The Koran as a political document also forbids separation of church and state. That is why every Islamic nation, where Islamic leaders have managed to gain power, is a theocracy, ruled by the Koran and Islamic Sharia law.

The Hadith (reported sayings and acts of Mohammed) and the Sira (the official biographies of Mohammed) are the other political documents that, along with the Koran, constitute the basis for Islam’s Sharia law. “There is only one law which ought to be followed, and that is the Sharia.” —Syed Qutb

Sharia law is administered by Islamic Imams who interpret the law and hand down rulings in their sole discretion. Sharia law does not allow trial by jury. Sharia law also mandates a double standard of laws for Muslims (believers) and infidels (non-believers). Sharia law mandates a discriminatory tax, called jizya, on non-Islamic religions and nations:
“Fight those who believe not in Allah...until they pay the jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.” —Koran 9:29

Sharia law also mandates discrimination toward women, and forbids any criticism of Islam or its founder, stifling freedom of speech. Sharia law also mandates that all men are slaves with no right to freedom of religion:

“Allah’s right on His slaves is that they should worship Him (Alone) and should not worship any besides Him.” —Mohammed, Sahih Bukhari 4:52:108, Narrated Mu’adh

Sharia law does not allow for separation of church and state. Sharia regards church and state as one inseparable entity governing every aspect of individual and social life, both spiritual and secular. That is why all Islamic nations are theocracies. In short, Sharia law stands in direct opposition to the American Constitution and Bill of Rights. The implementation of Sharia law demands the overthrow of the American Constitution and our form of government and system of laws. Mosque leaders, in every nation in the world, are loyal to the Koran, the Hadith, the Sira, and consider them divine law, and therefore supreme over all manmade laws.

Other political and military documents of Islam include treaties of Mohammed, which are held in reverence by Islam as models of conduct in relations between nations.

“Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah [Mohammed] a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for anyone whose hope is in Allah.” —Koran 33:21

“War is deceit.” —Mohammed, Sahih Bukhari 4:52:268, Narrated Abu Hurarira

In one treaty proposal, to Jaifer and Abd, Mohammed wrote: “If you two accept Islam, your country will, as usual, remain with you. But if you refuse or object, it is a perishable thing.” —Mohammed

In another, to the Chiefs of Aqaba, he wrote:
“It is better for you either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jizya and consent to remain obedient to Allah . . . If you do not accept these terms . . . I shall have to wage war (to bring peace and security).” —Mohammed

These same patterns and political mandates have been used over and over by Muslims since 610 A.D. to invade and conquer many civilizations and nations throughout the world, and to eradicate human rights and freedoms in those lands. Iran once was called Persia and was Zorastrian. Egypt was Christian. What was once a Hindu civilization was conquered and made into Pakistan, which is now part of the Axis of Jihad, along with Iran and Saudi Arabia. Afghanistan was Buddhist for thousands of years. Now its chief exports are heroin and Islamic terrorism.

“When We decide to destroy a population, We (first) send a definite order to those among them who are given the good things of this life and yet transgress; so that the word is proved true against them: then (it is) We destroy them utterly.” —Koran 17:16

In every instance where Islam has conquered and “destroyed utterly” a nation or civilization, the key to the conquest was the establishment of mosques, which are political and military command and control centers for Islam, and which all point toward the seat of Islamic power: the Kabah.

Mosques and the Fallacy of the “Moderate Muslim”

The majority of Germans during World War II were not active members of the Nazi party, were not waging war, and were not involved in the holocaust. The leaders, though, were active members of the Nazi party, were waging war, and were involved in the holocaust.

The majority of Russians and eastern Europeans under the rule of the U.S.S.R. were not trying to spread Communism throughout the world, and were not threatening and waging war and revolution, but were going about their daily lives trying to survive. The leaders, though, were doing everything they could to spread Communism throughout the world, and were threatening and waging war and revolution.
Throughout history, since 610 A.D., the leaders of Islam have been waging Universal Jihad around the world for the purpose of Islamic totalitarian domination of the world. It has never mattered what percentage of the Muslim population was “peaceful” or “moderate.” Peace and moderation are not relevant to the totalitarian mandates of Islam’s political documents, and Islam’s leaders always follow the totalitarian mandates of Universal Jihad contained in them.

There are post-Nazi democracies. There are post-Communist democracies. There are no post-Islamic democracies. Literal Islam, as contained in its political documents, is the consummate totalitarianism. Neither Nazism or Communism had a metaphysical factor, as does Islam. Islam uses its metaphysics as a wedge to drive in its totalitarian political doctrines.

Once Islam has established itself sufficiently in any nation, it seeks to overthrow any existing regime or constitution or law, and replace it with Islamic theocracy. Even the most “moderate” Muslim is bound to obey Islamic law, and so is bound to fight if ordered to fight:

“When you are called (by the Muslim ruler) for fighting, go forth immediately.” —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 4:52:79:Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas

All Islamic mosques have Islamic leaders (rulers) who can call Muslims for fighting, and as such are satellite headquarters for spreading Literal Islam’s political doctrine of world domination and totalitarianism—no matter how many “moderate Muslims” they serve.

Mosques and the Worldwide Islamic State

Islam is a de facto political state wherever it exists anywhere in the world. The Koran is its constitution. The Kabah is its seat of power, still in the control of the regime that occupied it in 630 A.D. All Muslims in the world, regardless of nationality, are required to travel to the Kabah at least once in their lifetime and pay homage to it.

The fact that nations and international political institutions in the world do not recognize Islam as a de jure state is irrelevant. Mohammed himself declared it as a state, and Islam’s own political documents declare it to be a state, and, ipso facto, it always is a state-within-a-state, governed by the Koran and Sharia law internally, anywhere that it has not yet gained full power and control.

“The Believers are but a single brotherhood.” —Koran 49:10

“A Muslim has no nationality except his belief.” —Syed Qutb

“Islam wishes to destroy all states and governments anywhere on the face of the earth which are opposed to the ideology and program of Islam regardless of the country or the nation which rules it. The purpose of Islam is to set up a State on the basis of its own ideology and program.” — Syed Abul A’ala Maudud

Just as our Constitution of the United States binds and identifies us as a single political and legal union of non-contiguous states, territories, political groups, and people, so the Koran binds and identifies all Islamic nations and all Muslims as a single political and legal union of non-contiguous nations, territories, political groups and people, regardless of geographic boundaries, whose seat of power is the occupied Kabah. All Islamic Imams, in every mosque everywhere in the world, are bound to the Koran as supreme law.

As we have seen, Islamic law gives Islamic Imams the power to order Muslims to fighting. The German Max Weber, who had considerable influence on international law and politics, defined “state” as that entity that has a “monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force within a given territory.”
Islam declares that the Koran and Sharia law are divine, and, as such, are the only “legitimate” law in the world. In that way, Islam “self-legitimizes” its right to use physical force anywhere in the world, and the right of every Imam in every mosque in the world to call for physical force and violence at any time. This makes every Imam in every mosque a military leader. Islam is a state by every definition and theory, and is a state hostile to and at war with the United States of America and its Constitution.
Mosques and Treason and Sedition Against the U.S. Islam’s political documents and law call for the overthrow of our Constitution and our man-made laws, and therefore for the overthrow of our government, which by definition constitutes sedition and treason. The Islamic documents call for the overthrow of our government—a protector of religious freedom and human rights—through violence:

“I was ordered to fight all men until they say ‘there is no god but Allah.’” —Mohammed’s farewell address, 632

“I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’” —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 4:52:196 Narrated Abu Huraira

“He who fights so that Allah’s Word (Islam) should be superior, then he fights in Allah’s cause.” —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 1:3:125 Narrated Abu Musa

“I asked the Prophet [Mohammed], ‘What is the best deed?’ He replied, ‘To believe in Allah and to fight for His Cause.’” —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 3:46:694 Narrated Abu Dhar

“And fight them till there is no more affliction (i.e. no more worshiping of others along with Allah)”. —Hadith Sahih Bukhari 6:60:40 Narrated Nafi’ “Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers.” —Koran 3.151

“I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instill terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them.” —Koran 8:12

“Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know.” —Koran 8:60

The Koran, as the constitution of Islam and Muslims, is diametrically opposite to the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights. According to Islam and Muslims, the Koran is divine law, uncorrupted and incorruptible, whereas the United States Constitution is man-made and is not infallible, and therefore is corrupt. The U.S. Constitution is the antithesis of the Koran; therefore Muslims have no obligation to obey it.

A mosque in the United States is a command and control center of a foreign political and military state that seeks the overthrow of our government, and an Imam in a mosque is a political and military representative of a foreign state that calls for the overthrow of the United States. The laws of the United States provide specific criminal penalties for sedition and treason. These laws are not only applicable to those advocating and calling for the overthrow of our Constitution and our government; they are applicable to anyone who gives “aid or comfort” to such declared enemies of the United States, or who “organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons” so engaged. The terms “organizes” and “organize” extend to “the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.”

Mosques are just such units.
