I don't doubt the parts per million have gone up, but I was down recently at Pass Christian on the Mississippi Gulf coast---the water was great and caught some fish and they were tasty! I suspect many numbers are being hyped by those who would like to stop all drilling in the Gulf and elsewhere!

true. Of course we can expect
inflated numbers to force
crap and tax upon us.
