Here is another Amber Alert update. These can hard to report but people do care. These are our kids and it is the least I can do.

Examiner.com; An Amber Alert was issued for Haleigh Cummings on February 10, 2009. Now, the phone call between Tommy Croslin and his grandmother Flora Hollars, where he states that he knows who murdered missing Florida girl, Haleigh Cummings, has been released. Watch Press Conference where Sheriff Jeff Hardy made the announcement
James Werter, Tommy Croslin’s attorney, said that they released the jail audio tapes to show that Tommy is cooperating with the investigation and that he did not murder Haleigh, but rather he knows who did. In the tapes, Tommy Croslin can be heard saying to his grandmother Flora Hollars, “It wasn`t me. No, it`s not me.”
Grandma Hollars interjected, “Joe?” Tommy Croslin replied, “Yes.”
Joe is Joe Overstreet, the cousin of Tommy and Misty Croslin who was visiting Florida the night Haleigh Cummings disappeared. He quickly left the state and returned to Tennessee, he has not been named a suspect in the case and has not been arrested for any crimes related to Haleigh Cummings.
James Werter, Tommy Croslin’s attorney, spoke with HLN’s Nancy Grace and relayed information that Tommy Croslin gave him off tape. According to Werter, Tommy Croslin said that Haleigh Cummings was murdered in the Putnam County, Florida trailer while Misty Croslin and Tommy Croslin were present. He says that the two remained silent out of fear of Joe Overstreet.

If you are going to quote another "news" source, at least select one that doesn't misprint dates so carelessly. An Amber alert was not issued on February 10th "2010."
Good catch and I am not the
best proof reader, anonymous.
I have found Examiner to be
darn accurate and if you knew
anything about the lady who
does this, on top of all else
she is doing for Amber Alerts
perhaps you would be more
forgiving. The date is
important but I know a bit
about her and refuse to condemn
her so callouslly.
