Just letting everyone know that I am home form the hospital. Surgery went five hours and the surgeon encountered extremely heavy scar tissue, a ton of bone spurring and the two vertebrae that got fused were so loose she could wiggle them up, down, back and forth. The nerves are another story and will take quite some time to heal and some of the nerves involved may never heal at all.
I asked the 'saw bones' to save all the hardware she removed. I will post a few images of these later on. I have an excellent surgeon!!! Gotta go for now and really feel like I have been run through and industrial meat grinder.

And in the meantime - we have waited patiently, prayers on our lips. WELCOME BACK PATRIOT!
What great news that your surgery went so well and that you were in such good hands. Wishing you the very speediest of recoveries, the worst part is behind you and now you can just get better with each passing day. Continued prayers for you.
Welcome home, Patriot. The struggle continues.
The Patriot has landed! Good to have you back in the fray, Brother. I'll have some new material early next week. (Fricking Microsoft deleted several pages of my most inspired writing in years just last weekend and I've only managed to recall a few pages of it so far. Almost ten hours of research and authoring shot to spit!)
Glad you are back home, but take it easy. My prayers will still be said for your speedy and full recovery.
It's good to hear you're back home again!
