Nothing like running seriously behind and I am just unable to do much about this. So I have gone through quite a few items that I have saved for possible posts. I read this one and really was offended by the idiocy of this columnist and how he was unable to hide his contempt for Rush Limbaugh. I read this a couple more times to be sure Mr. Cerabino does have his head up where the sun does not shine, and no doubt about it, he does. Quite sad as he lives in the 'sunshine state', Palm Beach County, Florida. I am not sure how much coverage this event got from the LSM but this column by Mr. Cerabino is a 'nice' example of how some folks attack and vilify Rush Limbaugh however they can.
Pathetic.
You can read some of his column below if you need some entertainment, are really bored or need something stupid to read.
I like Rush Limbaugh for the most part and no, I do not agree with everything he states or talks about. Yes, I am very aware that he has said some nasty, inflammatory things, like he supposedly hates women, is highly critical of obama, the first muslim illegal alien POTUS, liberals. progressives, environazis, those who embrace political correctness, diversity and multiculturalism to the extreme, I get all of that. For the most part, thank you Mr. Limbaugh. His rating are quite high and his sponsors are not fleeing in droves no matter how the left attacks him. Do you think these liberal morons will ever figure this out? The more they attack and smear a conservative, it almost always backfires. Keep up the good work is all I can say.
Here is a bit from Cerabino's column: "Imagine, for example, if a bust were commissioned to honor Missouri
native Maya Angelou, the internationally acclaimed poet and memoirist
who also wrote a poem for Bill Clinton’s inauguration and praised Barack
Obama for doing a “remarkable job” as president. Limbaugh would have
gone into a sputtering, chair-rocking fit, ranting about how government
was trying to brainwash people into kowtowing to a certain political
worldview."
Wrote a poem for Bill Clinton? Now that is really 'touching'. A subject pervert happy hands Bill knows all too well. Praising obama, the mullah in the White House for doing a 'remarkable job', the one who is responsible for helping polarize the races , who rekindled class. social, financial warfare, the one who is a blatant anti-Semitic, the one person who has bowed down to the pig king of saudi arabia, doing all he can to islamify the United States, a race baiting statist who has friends like wright, farrakhan, ayers, dorn, rice, powers and let us not forget the worst JINO of them all, george soros.
He then suggests tossing the Limbaugh bust into the ocean. That is so clever and original. Did this columnist not think about the environmental hazard from dumping this into the ocean? What, no EPA study or environmental impact statement? I wonder if Cerabino hurt himself thinking so far outside the box. He can always cure what ails him by looking at the election results from Wisconsin, and hey, Walker one in a 'nail biter' by some 15 plus percentage points.
About tossing the Limbaugh bust into the ocean....I have an idea that myself and many others find much less offensive and no, it does not involve anything violent, repulsive nor is it mean.
I suggest we take all the paintings, statues, busts, of obama from around the nation and ship them to the nearest biomass energy producing plants across the country. Toss every last one of them into these plants to produce some badly needed 'green' energy since obama and his ilk are doing all they can to kill any and every kind of fossil fuel, especially coal. Biomass plants for the most part are an excellent way to use all sorts of leftovers for producing energy. The biomass process usually is clean enough to emit little in the way of pollution. Since electricity and utility rates are 'necessarily skyrocketing' across the nation, thanks to obama and his policies, this is a great way to clean up the visual environment and get some power back to us cash strapped Americans who are barely left with any change from obama's "hope and change." No need for any EPA rulings or studies as biomass plants have been given an extension on a ruling for a few years by the benevolent Nazis at the EPA
The paintings, statues could be delivered to the local biomass plants by people on bicycles to keep down the carbon footprint and maybe drop that pesky rate of unemployment that is ticking back up.
The masses could line the roads leading to these biomass plants, offering to share their scarce food, cheering these brave proletarians, peddling their way into the toilet bowl of history of this abysmal administration. Maybe while we are it, toss in any similar paintings, statues of ayers, alinksy, farrakhan, clinton, well you get the idea.
After all, consider this righting a wrong, an insult that obama committed when he returned a few items back to England, early on in his term. The man has brought shame, embarrassment and disgust upon our nation in ways the George Bush never could. And that bust of Rush Limbaugh?I think it would be a nice gesture to have it right in obama's office in the White House. Right in the chair obama sits in with his feet propped up on the desk. From low class as an community shyster, politician in Illinois to NO CLASS in the White House.
Mr.Cerabino needs to worry about bigger things than a bust of Rush Limbaugh in Missouri. I suggest he start working on some columns for the aftermath of the November 6th elections. Need some toilet paper, sir? Call your friends in Missouri. You need it much worse than the people of Missouri after writing such a shameful piece against Rush Limbaugh.

Missourians got in over their heads with bust of Limbaugh
By Frank Cerabino
An open letter to the people of Missouri:
We’ve never met. I’m a
newspaper columnist in Palm Beach County, Fla., which happens to be
where Rush Limbaugh lives. Republican legislative leaders in your state
recently took the bold step of putting a bronze bust of the radio talk
show host in the rotunda of your Capitol.
Limbaugh’s bust made him
the 39th inductee into the Hall of Famous Missourians. It also made for
a big political mess. Missourians who don’t care for Limbaugh’s noxious
effluvia delivered hundreds of rolls of toilet paper to the Capitol.
And 35,000 people signed “Flush Rush” petitions protesting his
induction. It got so bad that legislative leaders had to unveil the
Limbaugh bust in an induction ceremony the public was barred from
attending.
Choosing Limbaugh, who infuriates as many people as he
appeals to, seems to be the kind of government overreach that Limbaugh
would be eager to gripe about if it were about somebody’s else’s bust.
Imagine,
for example, if a bust were commissioned to honor Missouri native Maya
Angelou, the internationally acclaimed poet and memoirist who also wrote
a poem for Bill Clinton’s inauguration and praised Barack Obama for
doing a “remarkable job” as president. Limbaugh would have gone into a
sputtering, chair-rocking fit, ranting about how government was trying
to brainwash people into kowtowing to a certain political worldview.
So the Limbaugh bust has to go.
It’s
the only fair thing to do. It’s not as if every famous person born in
Missouri gets his or her own bust in the state Capitol. If that were the
case, rapper Eminem would be enshrined. Making matters worse, the
taxpayers of Missouri are paying $1,100 for the Limbaugh bust to have
its own security camera to discourage those who’d want to vandalize it.
