There will be new posts here later today or tonight. We have had friends visiting from out of town and work has been really busy and complicated this past week. Finally, seeing the end of the fiscal year 'fun'. At the state level, use your imagination. So much wasted funds and time. One thing for sure, I will never be a bureaucrat!
