Kagan and the 2nd Amendment. Obama and the left undermine Israel.

This is an exceptional round up of very noteworthy news from the outstanding China Confidential. Elena Kagan is just bad news and I do not care about what she may have done 'well' in the past. The mullah obamaham, the first Muslim POTUS chose this far left liberal for several reasons. One, she is Jewish. Do not be fooled one bit by that. Obama is just placating many American Jews who are getting extremely nervous about Obama and his up front dislike for Israel and Jews. Secondly, Obama can count on Kagan to vote for his agenda and New World Order of neutering the United States at home and internationally. Kagan and the mullah obamaham are old buddies, going way back and if I am not mistaken, Kagan even had the mullah in the White House as an instructor in college. That is a nasty bit, don't you think? Third, Kagan is no friend of gun owners or the Second Amendment. You can bet your carbon credits that Kagan will do all she can to subvert the Constitution and legislate from the bench, and not the Constitution. Be wary, very wary and Novemeber seems so far off right now I am almost losing sleep.

The amendment reads: "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Jews should be especially sensitive to threats to the Constitutionally protected, sacred right of self-defense, as the Website of this pro-gun rights Jewish advocacy group makes clear.

Unfortunately, more than 75% of the American Jewish electorate voted for Barack Obama for President in spite of his strong anti-gun rights position, promise to engage (appease) the Holocaust-denying, nuclear-arming, Islamist/Islamonazi Iranian regime and deeply disturbing ties to a whole host of Islamists, anti-Semites, anti-Israel activists, and America-hating Communists.

Obama would ban guns if he could, according to Sarah Palin.

Palin is a patriot, and a great friend of the Jewish people and Israel. This is a photo of a Hasidic Jewish NRA member, who applauded Palin's address to the group's above-referenced, annual convention.

Following the lead of the US pro-Palestinian lobby J Street, earlier this month, prominent French Jewish intellectuals Bernard Henri-Levy and Alain Finkielkraut published a manifesto signed by hundreds of their cohorts attacking Israel for the absence of peace in the region and calling on the EU and the US to pressure Israel to surrender Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria to the Palestinians.

On US campuses, far-left Jewish students have taken a prominent role in undermining recognition of Israel’s right to exist. At the University of California, Berkeley, and on other campuses, Jewish students have collaborated with Muslim groups in their campaign to divest the universities’ holdings in companies that invest in Israel.

At Brandeis, Jewish students organized a campaign to disinvite Ambassador Michael Oren from this year’s commencement ceremony.

Not surprisingly, like other Jewish anti-Israel initiatives before, these moves in France and in the US have garnered significant media coverage and support. What received less coverage is the popular backlash in the European and Jewish communities against these initiatives.
