New updates on the new Neo nazi party in Bosnia

I recently posted here about the new Neo nazi party in Bosnia. I had a couple of commenters cast their doubts on this new party in Bosnia. I did some searching and rooting around and only found the link to what I already had posted from Serbianna. Time to call in the Experten'from the blog Birdbrain. Natalie is blessed with an awesome, intense passion on what she studies in school. These are here areas of expertise, Russian, Eastern Europe, and the Balkans. I believe she speaks Russian and a couple of other languages. I asked for assistance here and she found some other news on this story, from other sources. So here is the latest found. A huge, big Hat tip, thank you to Natalie from Birdbrain. IBD is a great, reliable source. I have used them numerous times here on Patriot's Corner. Agency reports on Bosnian Muslim neo-Nazi website

Sarajevo, Feb 12, 2010 (BBC Monitoring via COMTEX) -- The B-H [Bosnia-Hercegovina] Prosecutor's Office will not conduct an investigation in connection with the launching of the Internet site of neo-Nazi organization "Bosnian National Pride Movement" [Bosanski pokret nacionalnog ponosa in vernacular], because it is not authorized to process criminal offences relating to incitement of national intolerance and hatred on Internet sites.

B-H Prosecutor's Office spokesman Boris Grubesic told SRNA that the Prosecutor's Office had competency for criminal offences linked to terrorism and some other criminal offences which can be carried out on the Internet.

"The main problem in B-H is that according to the current legal regulations there is still no regulatory body which would be able to close down this website if prohibited content was shown," Grubesic said.

SRNA was told by the B-H Federation Prosecutor's Office - which is authorized for the criminal offences of inciting national intolerance and hatred on the Internet - that they have yet to launch an investigation.

"Internet crime is complex. Our technology isn't of the highest level and perpetrators of such criminal offences are difficult to find. Should our Prosecutor's Office find that the website was launched from the B-H Federation, then it can issue an order to the cantonal prosecution to conduct an investigation, as we are the second instance legal institution," the Federation Prosecutor's Office pointed out.

The neo-Nazi organization "Bosnian National Pride Movement" was recently formed in B-H and an Internet website was launched.

The movement insists B-H is a Bosniak [Bosnian Muslim] state, while Jews, Roma, Chetniks, Tito and communists, blacks and Croat separatists are designated as the greatest enemies.

The movement's manifesto says that Bosniaks are the only constituent nation in B-H and considers its members to be every white resident of Bosnia who is loyal to it, regardless of religious and "inferior race" affiliation.

The name of Bosnia and the Bosnian language is insisted on and opposition to joining the EU and NATO is expressed.

Articles extolling national-socialism, the SS Handschar Division and Hitler feature regularly on the movement's website, while the forum can be accessed only after a detailed check of one's national and religious affiliation.

The website moderator goes under the pseudonym of Saubercrig and apparently lives in Sweden but is actually from Sarajevo.

Saubercrig is [the transliterated] surname of Karl-Gustav Sauberzweig, a commander of the SS Handschar Division, whose formations consisted of Muslims from B-H, known for their heinous crimes during World War Two. Special significance on the website is given to the "wartime path" of this division.

One can read on the forum, amongst other things, that if the [Bosnian] Serb Republic calls a referendum then paramilitary formations must be formed immediately.

The movement says via the website that it will soon cover the larger towns in the B-H Federation - Sarajevo, Tuzla, Zenica, Bihac and Mostar - with leaflets, saying that after this, "then we'll be able to do all sorts of things".

Here is the second article. I had to translate this from Serbian to english.
So if the flow and reading of this next article is a bit choppy, that is why.
Even with Google ttranslator this took me quite some time to get it laid
down so it was in a readable format.

Founded Bosanski movement of national pride

Mary Arnautovic'

Radio Free Europe

Recently in BiH was established neo-Nazi organization called Bosanski movement of national pride. Launched an Internet site on which to announce that the great cities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Sarajevo, Tuzla, Zenica, Bihac and Mostar - flyers will soon overwhelm.

Neo-Nazis claim that it will be only the beginning, and then warned: "After everything we can!"

At a time when the regions prohibit neo-Nazi organizations and their members arrested in Bosnia and Herzegovina, established the first such association.  According to usual practice, the Internet is their base. . Bosanski movement of national pride, as it is called, gives special importance Fascist Scimitar Division from World War II, and on the web page to present the details of its war time, uniforms and weapons of its members, photos, and joint excursions.

On the front page of their portal in which it is stated that this movement follows the path of National Socialism, and as such only promote national identity Bosnians / Bosnians without any interference of religion. "

It was only a matter of days when the BH ultradesničari in the public arena to articulate a different way, "says Professor Jimmy Abazovic. ""It is important to open a broader front - of the official institutions, through the institutions of civil society, and whoever you want - and to simply say that Fascism, Nazism, Neo-Nazism would never have allowed her the opportunity to razmaše its wings, as it would possibly someone wants. "

Systemic disease

What are the procedures for the prosecution in the case of applications for the spread of racial and religious hatred on the Internet and how they zaprijećene punishment for this criminal offense tells Nina Hadžihajdarević, spokesperson of the Federal Prosecutor's Office.

"Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH who says that public causes or inflames national, racial, religious hatred, discord or intolerance among the constituent peoples and others living in the Federation shall be punished by imprisonment of one to five years It depends on where the criminal offense started, and it depends on who authorized the prosecution to be done in connection with these crimes. "

Moderated website Bosnian movement of national pride is a person whose alias Sauberzwrig, who reportedly lives in Sweden, and otherwise in Sarajevo. The name is taken from Carl Gustav Sauberzweiga, the leaders of the notorious Scimitar Division.

In his texts insist on Bosnia as a Bosniak state, with claims of racial superiority to other nations of Bosniaks.
The greatest enemies of Bosniaks, they proclaimed the Jews, Roma, Chetniks, the Croatian separatists, Tito and the communists, homosexuals and blacks.

"If we take the basic characteristic of neo-Nazism and racism are, demonization of the other, then any kind of attack on the alternative voices or voices of opposition, homogenization own collectives, we can say that Neo-Nazism is a kind of systemic diseases, political, ideological, political, and cultural series others in BiH, "said Professor Enver Kazaz

Tolerance and laws

Portal Bosnian national pride movement has not been active, and its activation was announced a few days.
Otherwise, the home page were a flag and emblem of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina war, in which several combinations ukomponovani with Hitler's "swastika and Nazi eagle.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina fascist organizations are not formally banned.  However, the fomenting of racial and religious hatred can be prosecuted. "It is clear that tolerance neo-Nazism, which is completely contrary to applicable laws međunacionalnoj hatred in BiH is led to its institutional organization. The basic question is
whether the institutions of the system take anything neonacističkog disclosing company or any other organizations, and legislative measures that will react prosecution courts, and the repressive system of state, "said Kazaz."

Lack of adequate legislation and political will to ban all forms of fascism further encourages the establishment of such organizations in BiH, as Professor Abazovic states: "Certainly the fact that due to some things that are highly politicized in the sense that we can not get a law that would ban fascist organization, that we can not get a law that prevents the use of fascist symbols, can only support such organizations.  But what of it must also draw attention to this whole story is that, even though no such law, another set of legal actions clearly states that national, racial and religious hatred can be processed in any way, "said Abazovic.
