Spirit

This is one of the first tracks I ever heard Randy California play, on a cassette (remember them) I picked up back in the eighties. I saw a review in one of the music magazines, probably the NME or Sounds, and bought it on the strength of that review. Headed off on one of my European "trips" with that album, another by Midnight Oil, and Grace Under Pressure by Rush, and didn't come back for a couple of weeks. Just me, my rucksack, my walkman, a thirst, money, and the whole of Europe in front of me ... those were the days :)



That's another track from that same album. That was a great tape, and a good trip too ... I remember somehow ending up in Dusseldorf ...
