ICE Panic at UC Berkeley

If only Paul Revere had had Twitter, he wouldn't have needed a horse and wouldn't have had to spend hours riding around the countryside yelling, "the British are coming! The British are coming!". He could have just done what the little rascals did in Berkeley last month when somebody tweeted that an ICE agent had stepped onto the campus of Berkeley City College. Before you could say," George Galloway", some 2,000 tweets had been sent around. Even UC Berkeley Chancellor Carol  Christ got into the act assuring the "undocumented "community that UCB had their back. The Daily Cal had the shocking report:

And how do you like that study done by UC Berkeley researchers showing all the high blood pressure levels of the "undocumented Latinx"?

"Published online the day the Homeland Security official visited Berkeley City College, the study found that worries about immigration policy and rhetoric were associated with higher anxiety, poorer sleep quality and changes in blood pressure among Latinx youths in California’s Salinas Valley. Brenda Eskenazi, a professor at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health and the lead and corresponding author of the study, said in an email that her study was influenced by the current political climate."

Or maybe they suffer from low blood pressure.
