Yes, these matters reflect much larger overall trends, not that the individual issues don't share a specific model. More on that later.

My experience leads me to conclude, for the moment, that the whole gay-lesbian-transgender thing are outgrowths of severe attacks on personhood.

And you would believe correctly. As seen recently with the entire Melissa Harris-Perry, "All Your Children Are Belong To Us", tripe volcano, "personhood" is under direct attack. Can't have the sheeple looking up, now can we?

They demand to be accepted. To be respected. They become hypersensitive to every little slight and perceive it to be injustice.

Sounds an awful lot like some Muslims I've seen and heard. Maybe they're using the same playbook. Saul Alinsky would be proud. Of that much you can be sure.Zensterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12004871212603603831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4297534039335729692.post-58040394308129396062013-04-17T22:32:02.217-07:002013-04-17T22:32:02.217-07:00Velcro,

I wouls rather a long comment that articulates and expresses your thoughts, convictions any day of the week.

Zenster is a very intelligent person and both of us think alike on almost, almost everything.

Thanks for your comment and don't sweat the comment length. My experience leads me to conclude, for the moment, that the whole gay-lesbian-transgender thing are outgrowths of severe attacks on personhood. Maybe not even firsthand, but environmentally passed generation to generation, like the two kids whose situations you mention. People don't know who they are, who God created them to be.

But in this world you can't be weak or you will suffer. So they put on a strong, harsh front. They demand to be accepted. To be respected. They become hypersensitive to every little slight and perceive it to be injustice. And they set out to right the wrong that they feel has been done. But by this time, so many layers of rough covering surrounds the hurt, confused person inside, that they feel there is no hope of freedom, or of redemption. And so, absent the tangible touch of the Savior in real skin, too often the only other option is to end the misery. Really, really sad.

good post, bro. Sorry for the long comment. You touched something deep...Velcrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13137201079791654873noreply@blogger.com
