Memo attached to the Pearly Gates – TO: Americans, FROM: Guess Who

My dear American children:

You had 500 government officials and a population of 310 million people.

When you saw you had a disobedient government ignoring the law, destroying your country, destroying lives and trampling on your liberty, what did you sir, or mam?

When you saw the 500 degrade your military and it’s ability to keep you safe, what did you do?

When you saw thirteen and a half million unemployed, the 500 cheating and lying, persecuting dissenters and playing their games of crony capitalism, what did you do?

When you saw the 500 invite a religious ideology to take seat in your government halls that would require you, your friends and loved ones and your fellow Americans to bow to a new law, that of Sharia Law, what did you do?

When you saw your neighbors coming across your borders for the American dream only to die of heat and thirst like they were just so much carrion for the vultures, and the 500 looked the other way, what did you sir? Or mam?

Please mark one of the two below then push the note under the gate before pressing buzzer for entry.

1. I did nothing.
2. I worked my butt off to have the 500 removed and replaced post haste with 500 who would follow the law!

God

From GrumpyOpinionsMark Levin Refuted

James Madison said on June 20, 1788 at the Virginia Ratifying Convention:”…. But I go on this great republican principle, that the people will have virtue and intelligence to select men of virtue and wisdom. Is there no virtue among us? If there be not, we are in a wretched situation. No theoretical checks–no form of government can render us secure. To suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical idea. If there be sufficient virtue and intelligence in the community, it will be exercised in the selection of these men. So that we do not depend on their virtue, or put confidence in our rulers, but in the people who are to choose them.”
