Slightly off-topic but interesting all the same, and I suppose, not entirely unrelated to the earlier post about the Canadian "no-management" firm: a group of small farmers in the north of England have gotten together and come up with a menu using fresh, home-grown produce. You can check out their website here. They have an online shop, & can deliver right to your door, no matter whereabouts in the UK you live (yes, even up in the frozen north.) They've also managed to get their products on the shelves of at least two of the huge supermarket chains that operate here in the UK. So good luck to them I say, these guys are working hard and have put in a big effort to come up with a good, fairly priced product. I just received a package from them today, so between that my Baxter's soup, I'm fairly well stocked up.
